JCB 3CX Gets Stuck on a mission to get top soil for the Homestead Veg Garden

We have recently leveled the vegetable garden which was always on a steep slope, this has taken the ground back to the clay. We have a blank canvas which now needs soil, compost, manure and all that good stuff. My efforts to get some soil for the garden were hampered by boggy ground. Watch me get Daisy the JCB 3CX Back Hoe stuck and attempt to get her out again. Amazing machines, the perfect partner for getting all those jobs done, well maybe when it dries out a bit more!
We are a family of four living off-grid in the UK. We moved from the comfort of our newly renovated house in Kent with all mod-cons in 2016 to a remote wet and unhabitable property in the Welsh hills, with no mains electric. Our two sons were just 5 and 7. We were not prepared for what life threw at us but we were ready for an adventure.
