I did this a couple years ago and we had to use an angle grinder to shave the frame so that the bumper would fit. It’s held up really well.
Can you use one of those off-road hilift jack on that bumper ??

Dang. Nice video. I didn't realize you had to remove the crush cans for this bumper. Good to know.
Those are the aluminum parts mounted to the front of the frame? From what I recall they definitely had to come off.
@@JurassicMojave Correct. In theory if you are in a small fender bender they take some of the blow so you do not damage the frame. And potentially stopping the airbags from deploying when they didn't need to.

What lights did you guys use for the cut outs?
How much was the bumper ? Do you mind putting the link ?
