It is currently the only car where you can really fit in 7 adults. All the other “ MPV’s” are way to small in the third row. The new expensive Espace has a roofline that goes down to soon, the 5008 is really small and the Mercedes V or Chrysler/ Lancia to expensive. Even in the back of a Volvo XC90 or Audi Q5 there is no legspace in the middle seat. Quite amazing that Citroen builds this car. Excellent .

Totally agree! I own one of the previous generation, fully loaded. The perfect family car! 330.000kms. Never let me down.
The 2.0 BlueHdi 150 with the EAT6 gearbox is a pleasure ! He is very powerful
What the hell? Ive seen minivans with more horsepower but worse mid-range acceleration...... That Spacetourer is mysterious but i love it.

Great engine! We've got that one in our 508 but it's an older version with 340nm and Euro5.
We used to have a 2009 1.6 hdi c4 grand picasso. It is the first car that i have driven when i was 12 years old. And also, it is the first and only car that i have driven it illegally for once when i was 15:)))) We drove it for 9 years and unfortunately sold it at June 2018. Now i am 19 and i drive a Clio 4, my mother drives a C4 Cactus and dad drives a Talisman. Since 2009, we just drive French cars :D In the future, when i start my own family, i definitely want to buy a Grand Picasso/Spacetourer. It carries a lot of weight with me, except for other MPVs.

The Xsara Picasso was the first car that I have driven, when I was 13! We bought it new in 2006 when I was one years old, it was a 1.6 HDi 90 horsepowers Euro 4. From February 2021 we've the C4 SpaceTourer (5 seats version)! 1.6 BlueHDi 120 horsepowers Euro 6B!! Now I'm 16, in February I am 17 and when I have my driving license at 18 I will drive this C4 SpaceTourer! I mean even now I drive it (illegally like you haha)! I love Citroën ❤️

How is the ride quality compared to SUVs and the like? I find it annoying that a lot of the modern cars have very stiff suspension, but again maybe i'm just to used to the C5 2001 hydra suspension.

@@muldix Ahoj, cestu poznávám, jsem z ÚL, taky zvažuju, ale ještě jsem v žádným neseděl, tohle je automat z hydroměničem, nebo ta robo manuál? dělaj klasický manuál? díky za info, jinak video super.
Myslím, že s tou nejsilnější naftou ne. Tohle je 8stupňový hydroměnič Aisin, ale funguje to bezvadně. Když by člověku někdo řekl, že je to dvouspojka, bude tomu věřit. Rozhodně lepší volba než manuál.
@@muldix koukám po starším kousku, pat jsem jich našel, z automatu mám respekt, když něco tak odtahovka, citrony bejvaly dost poruchový, doufám že už toho hodně vychytaly a bude jezdit, proto radši manuál, o starost méně ale hold klasika svezení.

i got the grand picaso and literally one of the best cars i have ever driven... only issue i have is i wuld like the speedometer to be behind the steering wheel

What was the consumption of this car in normal mode
Well, somewhere between 6-7 liters per 100 kilometers.
I have the 150 hp 2.0 bluehdi and it consumes 5,3 liters per 100 kilometers and i drive above average.
I think it was during downhill still… but the new EAT8 behaves well

Tweak the turbo to reach 135hp
I had one and it’s faster than you may expect. 120hp is enough for this cars, good torque and fuel consumption, less than 5l/100 if you drive relaxed.
It seems much more silent inside than the newer C5..

0-100kph: 10.3s
The new 181hp petrol is probably faster.
