Sadly the first thing I learned was to hide my pain away. When my parents used to hit us we were forbidden to cry as they would hit us harder if we do. I knew from a young age that they never gave a crap about me and my sisters and only saw us as an investment. My brother was treated like a king for being a boy all his life. Last November my father almost killed me and kicked us out of the house just for sheltering our friend, then he threatened us that he will file a lawsuit against us because he can. Then only after we made a report at the family protection center did their treatment change, because of the law and what people will say. I wouldn't call someone who has abused me since I was 5 and even till now that I am 19 a parent. So I hope everyone who ever reads this, even if it is just the tip of my misery treats people well. And that no matter how bad things get you can get through them, just like I have smiled in the face of death or injustice. When you can't cry it is better to just laugh it out, even if laughing probably hurts worst.
