And winning the competition is an extremely prestigious feat for the country that does it each year. Norway has won the competition 3 times in 1985, 1995 and 2009. The points countdown together and there is a winner. Very briefly... the year Alexander won it was still a little different."Only" the Jury gave points. He had the the highest score ever given by the Jury.
