I'm saying that Roar of Dedede more fits the change in his mindset brought about by the Beast Pack. Roar of Dedede is more militaristic yet also more savage than your typical Dedede theme.

The person who thought of making Macho Dedede an actual boss in this game should get a raise Edit (7/7/22): Just wanted to say that this rendition of Dedede's Theme is one of my absolute favorites in the entire franchise; the added melodies at the beginning are incredibly catchy (I hope they become a staple, hearing them return in Forgotten Land made me so happy), and the instrumentation is pretty simple, but still a major highlight for me HUGE fan of the bass and percussion, they're some of the most enjoyable parts of this song, and I adore the chords from 0:40 - 0:46, Hirokazu Ando once again managed to craft an absolute masterpiece
@Burst Gaming definitely a more traditional take of his theme, which made it great. And that greatness is what led Yuuta Ogasawara to take the whole base and arrange it as he did to make Roar of Dedede.
Still prefer this version to Forgotten Land’s version. But is the opposite for Meta Knight’s theme in the same game, as ‘Sword of Surviving Guardian’ is much better
