But in this case, I can't really argue with Dean Blandino here. Even though Doubs used his left hand in an attempt to maintain possession, it still popped out. So that kinda is a bad call, so to speak. Nonetheless, congrats to the Packers for that nail-biter of a win over the Panthers. Hopefully our shitty defense will play better against the Vikings, especially considering they're stuck with Nick Mullens the last two games of his season.
For Helmet to Helmet contact. Apparently you cannot run into another player who is the same height as you because your facemasks play patty cake. Both of their heads were up so there is really not much that could have been done to avoid it.
It is not only the bad calls but the situation, such as it being 3rd and long; that makes many of these calls dubious! Not to mention the team the call favours! 🏈
The first one was delay of game because the defender thought Jalen fumbled, so he grabbed the ball which didn’t allow the eagles to spike the ball. It’s like when the defender won’t let the offensive player get up to spike the ball. I don’t really see how it’s a bad call
I may be on the wrong side here, but that first clip I instantly thought it was a delay from the giants. You can’t just hold the QB down like that, even though Jalen should’ve run out of bounds. He still was wrapped around him, and stayed on for a few extra seconds when he probably shouldn’t have. I could be wrong though, just instantly rang out to me when watching live.
I can't wait for the day when they run polls on the NFL broadcast like American Idol. "Text yes or no to ****** on whether you think that was roughing the passer. Standard rates apply, a fee of $4.99 will be added to your mobile bill."
The NFL must be encouraging the refs to make horrible calls every week. That is the only explanation. When the refs go over the games each week for review, one would think that they would be getting better at making calls on the field, but there is absolutely no improvement at all.
Wow......!? Time to clear house, and retrain some new refs, and tell them one bad call, your Fired !! This is ridiculous, this is clown school, what a joke..
Holding and pass interference on nearly every single play... The game has become completely unmanageable and the refs have zero consistency. The NFL is becoming so soft.
Soon, the NFL will have to change the rules as to what roughing the passer is because right now, even a two hand touch is called roughing the passer, so we can't use that, maybe flag football?
Not saying the refs are good and cool but the refs rarely get to the replay while Gene does, that's why he can make the call plus the refs are really old. NFL just needs to find away to help the refs out like a sky judge and they call the penalties since they see it from above and have replay to make the correct call
N.F.L. Needs to Implement a general referee the ones up in the booth who can review the replays on any given play or call, That way these referees making bad calls can be overruled especially in crucial situations of the game. this year alone we've seen hundreds of calls from referees that seem to actually be paid off so the NFL needs implement some changes to the game to the game and this probably would be best option to make a general referee in the booth that can review the replays like was said in previous statement ...
The Safety against Lamar was a good call. He would have been tackled for a safety anyway, had the ref not fell over and tripped him up. It affected the defender also. That was completely on Lamar. He was the dummy who ran backwards 20 yards into the endzone to begin with.

NFL doesn't take kindly to their officiating crew being questioned. They should watch these clips and readjust that attitude. A lot of hokey shiet going down one of thems got to be making a side income.
6:56 I gotta be honest here, I still can't believe Romeo Doubs' 'catch' stood as called. Obviously, the ball can touch the ground as long as it doesn't move and you still have firm control over it.
Why do players continue to give the fans the ball when they can’t even keep it ??
Genuinely curious, how tf do you get called for roughing the passer when the ball is still in the QBs hand while he’s still in the pocket? 3:53
These videos just rile me up but I can't stop watching 😤
I may be on the wrong side here, but that first clip I instantly thought it was a delay from the giants. You can’t just hold the QB down like that, even though Jalen should’ve run out of bounds. He still was wrapped around him, and stayed on for a few extra seconds when he probably shouldn’t have. I could be wrong though, just instantly rang out to me when watching live.
Love your video and keep up the great work
I can't wait for the day when they run polls on the NFL broadcast like American Idol.
Protecting the QB get´s ridiculous.
I've been saying this for years now. The Refs should be charged their first timeout..
Personal Favorite: 0:47, 1:46
The lions cowboys one is making this video this week
Congratulations on 200K SUBS❤
Wow......!? Time to clear house, and retrain some new refs, and tell them one bad call, your Fired !! This is ridiculous, this is clown school, what a joke..
Im very confused as to what bad call the first clip was supposed to show.
Holding and pass interference on nearly every single play... The game has become completely unmanageable and the refs have zero consistency. The NFL is becoming so soft.
The NFL is now the carnival or clown act in sports in today’s day!
I’ve been saying it all year. If you’re gunna touch the QB… just destroy him. It’s gunna get called anyway.
Soon, the NFL will have to change the rules as to what roughing the passer is because right now, even a two hand touch is called roughing the passer, so we can't use that, maybe flag football?
As an eagles fan Jalen Carter clearly was offsides 😂
Gene Steratore needs to unretire, he's making much better calls than the refs on the field
Not saying the refs are good and cool but the refs rarely get to the replay while Gene does, that's why he can make the call plus the refs are really old. NFL just needs to find away to help the refs out like a sky judge and they call the penalties since they see it from above and have replay to make the correct call
The fact that an NFL ref gets paid over 200k a year and still consistently makes terrible calls is incredibly impressive😂😂
It's sad you can make an entire qtr worth of bad calls from one week?? 😢😢😢😢
i understand the frustration but why does robert saleh never look someone in the eye when he’s yelling at them, looks very cowardice tbh
This entire video could have been uncalled holding and block in the back penalties from the dolphins offense against the cowboys defense
They need a play to ruff the ref
Can't wait for the Lions Dallas game to be all the clips for week 17
Announcer: "We're not going to take contact out of a contact sport"
NFL: Hold my beer...
I have been watching nfl for 50 years, i dont know what a catch is anymore.
You could have done the whole segment on the horrible officiating at the Vikings Lions game
Me: stubs toe
_yellow flag comes out of nowhere_
Ref: Personal Foul, roughing the passer
Me: _how tf you get in here?_
_2nd yellow flag comes out of nowhere_
Ref 2: Unsportsmanlike condu..
Me: while I got you 2 here.. can you explain what a catch is?
Another week and another several calls go Philly’s way.
Might be my last year watching regularly. Players are soft. Game is soft. Kindergarten level celebrations after every play. Grown men acting like 5 years olds on and off the field. Officiating is a joke. Vegas being involved is sus. Doubt I'll ever even go to a live game again. Game is too far gone. RIP.
These terrible calls are the reason why the NFL can’t sell seats anymore.
Some of these refs need to go back and get more training to know how to call these fouls.
If they are going to penalize defenders for hitting a QB on the sideline but inbounds, then when a QB heads for the sideline then cuts back in...should be down on the spot, and penalty for unsportsman like conduct.
The Wilkins one is not a bad call He legit picked Dak up and drove him into the ground. It doesn't matter he put his hands up at the end, it is too late.
You sound super soft saying that. Hike your skirt up and take a lap
THE NFL NEEDS A TMO!!!!
The rules are guidelines and dependent on the spread in Vegas.
9:12 Kadarius Toney is losing his mind right now
Terry Bradshaw had it right years back, dress the QBs in dresses!
If anything, the Lamar trip caused by the Ref should have been blown dead and replayed.
If they can’t figure out what a catch is and get it right even with replay, there’s no hope for PI or roughing.
The refs for that panthers vs packers game were so biased and unfair. Packers would’ve lost if not for the refs
Packer wanna see biased play eagle you see tom Brady 2.0
That ref was trying to help out San Francisco to win the game when he fall down
Amazed this video did not include the missed holding call at the end of the Jets-Chiefs game in week 3. Donovan Smith held Jermaine Johnson for an extended period of time while Mahomes scrambled for a critical first down. Absolutely abysmal.
The wildest thing about all these roughing the passer calls to me is that Lamar Jackson takes hits like that - or worse - all the time, but the penalty has only been called on hits he's taken, like, twice in his career.
The Refs are the reason the Eagles win games. And I’ll even admit the Chiefs have had their fair share of calls but the Eagles have had way too many to count.
the panthers got the worst of it in their first great game. shouldve won it.
That delay of game was legit though.
where are the OG ref's???? scott novak, pete morelli, ed hochuli, alberto riveron, etc. These ref's nfl has now are discount ref's messing with player and coach careers! these horrible calls are changing the game in poor fashion... WE HAVE INSTANT REPLAY NOW! AND THE REF'S GETS UP TO 90 SECONDS TO REVIEW THE PLAY AND DECIDE IF THE CORRECT CALL WAS MADE.... bring back the ref's who know what they are doing...
Refs are becoming the 3rd team in the game. This BS with running QB that are protected with kid gloves is over the top.
lol quite lit just showed how the first 2 teams that won should have lost! Imagine needing the refs help to get you past a 5 win team!
At this point they might as well make it 2 hand tag and get someone's dad to play qb and move the games to the commissioner's backyard. Pass out chips and juice boxes after the game then stop for ice cream on the way home
Not one play from the Browns game? Who reviewed that footage, Helen Keller?
The roughing the passer calls are legit just pissing me off now. So annoying. Im getting so tired of this shit
