I like that you included a breakdown of materials and cost, as well as the list of tools needed to complete the job.
Would be good to specify which material you're using in the demonstration for those following along to build their own ladder, being that the dimensions are different between the pine and the cedar.
Would also be good to always have an additional camera angle set up facing the side you're working on... for someone who has no idea of what you mean when you say you're countersinking the drilled hole, you can include cuts to that camera angle so they can see exactly what you're doing and what you mean. Same with filling the screw holes with filler, show what that looks like and how you do it.
Would be nice to see more instruction on the cuts, maybe including suggestions on how to ensure you're marking the lines at 90° angles to ensure they're flush with the sides (you show yourself using the square, would be good to specify that as the way to ensure lines at drawn at 90°), instructions on how to ensure each step is cut to the same length while allowing for saw kerf, and more clips showing how that was done.
Overall, I'd suggest providing more details and instruction for the build itself, maybe dedicating a greater percentage of the content to time spent on the the build instructions and demonstration than on the cost breakdown and tools required. It would make for a longer video but would allow you to show more detailed instructions for beginners on how to complete the build.
Finally, just more time spent on glamour shots at the end on the finished product, like you did at the start of the video, but with a little more emphasis at the end to sell viewers on what they can expect their own results to look like.
Practice makes perfect, keep it up! :)

Really cool video, I liked how you did not leave out any details. The music was also quite catchy. The zoom-ins that you do throughout the video show what you emphasize quite well. I feel ready to make my own blanket ladder. I would suggest putting the math on a 5 second screen to show the layout of the expenses instead of going into too much detail with the math (since it is so close to the start, you might start loosing viewers attention, unlike me, I loved it :P). I think also emphasizing safety and that you care for the viewers would be good engagement.

Thanks for the feedback, much appreciated. I like the suggestion of the cose breakdown being summarized and shorter.
