    No, it's not pretty clear that he did do it. What's pretty clear is that he never admitted to drugging anyone in his deposition and that he had consensual sex with the accuser.

      He was found guilty beyond a reasonable doubt so he did it.

      @@balle733 He was innocent until proven guilty. Then, he was found guilty. So, he was guilty. Then, his conviction was vacated because he had an agreement with the prosecutor that they would not prosecute him. But don't take my word for it - send this video to all of your friends and other lawyers and ask them what they think.

      @@michaelpalumbo4880 They would think you don't know what you are saying. He was found guilty without due process, and the Supreme Court realized it and overturned the conviction, which means he is innocent and wouldn't register as a sex offender.
