That's pretty cool that Fort Smith has a trolley operation it's historically noted that Elvis Presley was stationed at Fort Smith Arkansas when he joined the army back in 1959 the day that rock and roll almost died a combination of events that include Elvis joining the army Little Richard going back to church and Buddy Holly dying in a plane crash at age 22

wow. I remember the A&M when most of its c 420s were in original d&h, cn, cp, paint pre overhaul, and the track was like the ND&W! trains just made 10-12 mph waving and bobbing like they were running on the ground at times. and now pacing a 70 mac at about 60?

Enjoyed this video. Haven’t seen to many A&M RR videos on my feed, so this was a bonus. Love the old Alcos, I am originally from northeast PA, we have the Delaware Lackawanna which is part of GVT around there. Lots to see. The pacing shot was awesome and your narration was on point, something I am still trying to improve .

I would love to see more shots around Winslow too. and there's a nice bridge south of Chester by the interstate that can be accessed by drone that is awesome. my friend and i chased the excursion from Winslow to Chester on the way back from the eclipse. it was so awesome. the mountains and scenery. I would love to catch their freight trains. i have no idea when they run or how often.

Good video! Thanks. As one that's lived in a few locations in the Arklahoma region, as well as being quite familiar the the A&M, I'll help you with a couple of pronunciations that are a bit tricky: "Avoca" is pronounced "uh VOE ka". "Monett" is pronounced "MOE net". Hope you get back up that way and shoot some more video!
