How to Replace the Spindles in a Murray Riding Lawn Mower

While repairing rust holes in my Murray's mower deck, I noticed how bad the old spindles have become, so I decided to replace them with new spindles. Here I'll show you what I did through the entire process, including threading the spindle holes with self-tapping screws. Tip: I don't know why the put the ball bearings in incapsulate? You will have to take out your ball bearings and take the part that's covering them off and place that side inside so when you use your grease port it will actually grease the ball bearings🤔 otherwise you'll be greasing closed off ball bearings😁

Flip the deck over and wire brush the exposed threads clean, spray a little lube on them. Flip it back over and un bolt the spindle housing. Apply anti seize on the new bolts.

Don’t do that because you have sealed bearings useless 😁😁
