    10:37 all of those people jammed pack in like a bunch of rats while still driving on those 2 lane roads.... Enjoy your future Pompano residents.. Glad I got out to enjoy my large acre property.

      There is no question the growth of these communities presents certain "growing pains." However, city planning seems prepared to embrace these challenges as Pompano Beach continues to develop.

    Giving the issues the Miami area is having right now, perhaps not having a developed night life may also be a pro for Pompano Beach.
    Either way, nice video.

      That's a fair point. But even with these new developments, Pompano would still have a far less concentrated population density than Miami.

      It's not BS. But to your point-- cost of living, including rentals, has definitely increased over the past couple years. However, the same can be said throughout the U.S. right now. And that is a totally different discussion...
