Makes me want to buy a RS3 and get that exhaust. Sounds like a Lambo V10 (which, of corse, the engine is 1/2 a Lambo V10, so...) Sounds awesome.

Error in your title bud, you used to have an 8V now you got an 8Y. Speaking of which, I'm surprised you got an 8Y. I thought you hated the 8V because it felt laggy compared to the S3.... I can't imagine the power delivery of the 8Y is much different?
Yes they fixed the lag problem as well as the suspension. It’s much improved now. Love it.
The fact Will owns Ferraris and Lambos and yet still loves this car makes me really want an RS3 😅

Will - thanks for making this video. How is the car in comfort mode? How much vibration has been introduced into the cabin? Guy on AZ mentioned that theres definitely more vibration. All that said, I think I need to just order and have toybarn do the install. Hope to run into you soon.

the 5cyl is literally half the R8 V10, so it definitely sounds similar.

Would you recommend I get an RS7 or R8? Budget 100-150k so I would preferably be looking at some of the older models like 2014-2018
I think your money will be better invested in an r8 but depends on what you like. R8 platform is pretty reliable so I’d go with that.

well it is cheaper.. the extra money the m3 or M4 cost could be used for performance upgrades etc... not to mention is about 400 pounds lighter
Hard to tell in the video but is the high beam assist adaptive like EU models or simply on/off when it detects another car?
US Matrix high beams are still locked from the factory due to regulations. so his are just auto on/off. I have the 8Y S3 Matrix lights in Canada, and they are unlocked. the Matrix grid pattern high beam assist is amazing!
@@stealthhtm23 Gotcha, I was unsure since I had heard they passed regulations last year allowing adaptive lights for US. I wonder if it's possible to coding it on since I'm sure the lights already have the functionality built in.

@@WillMotivation EU cars are able to control individual leds(similar to local dimming on tvs) when it detects a vehicle. US cars simply turn the high beams on/off completely
