As for me, the main pro is you get to familiarize with the whole Amazon system, this will serve not only as your job but also a training ground, especially when you plan to pursue this type of business in the future or you just want to share knowledge to other aspiring VA's. As for con, yeah, the inconsistent workloads 🤣, there are times that you need to do tons of work, but also there are times that you're just checking and monitoring your client's store, but the good side here is the pay is still the same.
