A bit too boring. No bullsxxxt rock song for sure, but there's nothing really fresh.
But, the vocal sounds amazing, everyone gets the spotlight and there's still unmistakable flavour of both bands.
Dany was great but I just don't like the song.
Meh. I find the voice of the vocalist of band maid annoying and like hearing fingernails across a chalkboard. I love the warning but I don’t care about band maid. Nothing personal just not my cup of tea.

Miku Miku Miku!!!! She just stands in the shadows and lets everyone have their moment, even though underneath it all, she's supporting the vocals and instruments all the way through. I love how she holds the whole solo section together with her rhythm playing. And....the lyrics are perfect, almost a continuation of Manners. Thanks Wave!

A wonderful thing about both these bands, no pride or camera-hogging, just humility, professionalism, and joy in their music. Each band among themselves, and both playing together. The Warning has a history of getting along well with bands they tour with, but they and Band-Maid really hit it off as friends, which shows in this!
This kind of song is exactly why I started listening to Japanese rock music. I've listened to "Show Them" twice, but I've heard the song 100 times.
Absolutely love this collaboration!! Dany's intro vocals just immediately melt me just grabs me right away! Saiki and Dany vocals together are so good! I love that everyone take turns to do their solo just pure amazing song and performance! Loved this song so much! The bass in this song too just 🔥 Thank you to BAND-MAID and The Warning for such an amazing collaboration song!! ❤❤ Thanks Wave for the fast reaction!!!

The Warning arrived in Tokyo about two weeks before the joint concert. Now the problem is to figure out where that helipad is in Tokyo. You can see Tokyo Tower in the distance.

Each member of both bands gets a moment to shine, which is wonderful; but Dany's light is impressive throughout the video, that opening scream is dynamite... long live the rock queen
In the PRS interview kanami says she "can't wait to play the other songs the Warning wrote for us" 😮😮😮. I think the sisters come with a basic idea and they all make something of it and maybe mincho fettles the end result in producer role.

Dany referred to Kanami as the Overseer because of how involved she is in every aspect of the arrangement. And thank god she is.
@@ryanbedford2985 she's got a great future as a producer. But not too much I hope. But a warning álbum produced by mincho with members of bandmaid sitting in where needed could be heaven.
Other comments seem to think that Miku is somehow neglected in this.

been a Band Maid fan for 5 years now. Just became fan of The Warning early last year. Was lucky enough to see their joint Tokyo show .
My 3rd BM show & 1st TW show. Both Saiki & Dany are world class frontwomen. Think BM upped their game so as not to be outshined on their home turf.
Both bands played my fave songs & then they brought TW back out for finale where they live debuted this song. Best concert ever! ♥

Welcome to Band Maid! I love both bands and am very sad that I haven’t seen The Warning live yet. Had tickets in 2022 to a show they had to cancel. 😔 My year was saved by seeing Band Maid, though. Both groups are coming up in the world and they need us all to keep spreading the word!

As I suspected - the new billboard Japan interview Dani says that kanami wrote the core which they all then worked on. On arrival in Japan the Warning recorded first under Kanami's direction and then bandmaid. Miku wrote outline lyrics then they were not totally on the same page until they got together in Japan and found common ground. I thought they had the stamp of kobato's uplifting message after an opening dose of angry pigeon. Great that they could then work together to make an English lyric that sounded natural.
If they record warning material together in Japan and enjoy it I can definitely see kanami being invited to produce the next warning álbum or at least more solo releases, maybe with some some bandmaid members doing sit-ins. It was obvious that for the live they were too underrehearsed and over stoked to do it justice. 😂
First time hearing band maid for me, and now i am a band maid fan too. I love my warning so much. They will always be number 1 to me, but damn i am a big band maid fan now. They are amazing.

Thanks Wave. Great reaction! Unbelieveable composition by Kanami allowing everyone to shine. I know we can all overlook Miku on guitar, but she also has her little chance to solo. Her rhythm guitar is the only instrument playing after the solos when Saiki and Dani start singing again. It's a nice touch to get her in there. What a great song! 😃

Now that's how you do a collaboration!!!!!!!!! All the members of two bands working together one really BADASS song and video. I think that Band-Maid and The Warning are the new "Power Couple" in rock.
This is just a great Rock Song and beautifully showcases both bands. This deserves lots of airplay.

Assuming Miku wrote the lyrics and constructed the vocal arrangement: it is Miku's humility that allows her to step back and let Dany start the song with the "wail". However is is also Miku's foresight in realising that most future performances of this song will be by Band-Maid without The Warning; and that she (Miku) will perform the "wail" as she does in the official live video to "why why why" (best song ever IMO)

Simple decency demands that this experience needs to be expanded upon. Soon would be good. The two bands actually work very well together -- they could do an entire joint album/tour.

When they started talking about a collaboration two years ago instantly after meeting, I was expecting something good but never would have dreamed of such a GREAT moment!

If that happens then it's always good for music in general, and really, if all the girls are happy with the experience and result then it's hard to argue. But personally it didn't change my existing perception of either band.
I watched the premiere and liked it a lot but I wish it had been longer. I also thought we got to see a slightly different side of Saiki which I enjoyed a lot.
Thanks again from Japan 有難う。 I witnessed the live debut of this song that was played as the encore & finale of the special concert by Band-Maid & The Warning on June 12 in Roppongi, Tokyo . My seat was located on the 2nd floor but in the center meaning in front of the two drummers. I was in bliss! It looked to me that Paulina and Akane literally and happily competed to see which drummer can break their bass drum first in the joint performance.
I have a hole in my bucket as well lol!! This is awesome.

Welp they showed us, all right. Also, kudos on the mixing, that seems like it would be pretty difficult. I love how you can hear the different contrasting instrument tones but they all fit together.
ETA: good point on the pace of the vocal switches; waaaaay better than just trading entire verses.

I loved this. Just wish the battle sections were like 10-15 seconds longer for each. The vocals sound amazing, but I wish the instruments had a little more thickness on them, maybe some added reverb. Otherwise, awesome collab.
What's funny is that, until I read someone's comment that it was all English, I hadn't even noticed. 😏 Maybe they can expand their reach, with this one.

This is very Japanese, reflecting the group-oriented approach in Japanese society. Everybody has an equal opportunity to shine, and nobody outshines anyone else. They have a party and have fun all together. The only thing was that Miku didn’t have her dance partner. I saw them perform this live, and I felt kind of bad for her because she was kind of left alone. That’s the only thing, but what can you do? Five and three band members have to be mixed. Miku has to be a grown-up to take the hit this time. You can’t make things perfect every time, but that’s life. You have to make the best of it. Very Japanese. 🤘😂🤘
A suggestion, if any choose to accept, start calling rock radio stations (in whatever country you live in) and request the Band-Maid / The Warning song “SHOW THEM”. To aid both groups to greater recognition. Just an idea.
I am 80% sure that the helipad they face off on is the real life version of the fictional "Millennium Tower" featured in the video game series "Yakuza" or "Like a Dragon" (two names, same games). And the top of that tower is the last boss fight/hidden boss fight for like, all 9 of the main stream games. And when I saw those two walking towards each other on that helipad, I bout lost it in excitement.

Best collab 2 bands did together? If some weeks ago there wouldn't have been BabyMetal & ElectricCallboy, this would've been an easier choice now... but ok, since I'm more into instruments than vocals and here I have more of both I vote for this one (even as a german). ;-)
The Warning are undoubtedly exceptional songwriters, however I feel that Bandmaid is a step or two above them when it comes to musical instrument execution.
