Plain and simple, it comes down to this. If this person was playing at the fact she was older than she really was when they were whispering and then reported it to Twitch, then that is entrapment. And if and when Doc found that out, that would be a reason to sue Twitch. Then that is a reason Twitch would settle with Doc and not the other way around.
