Hi Mr. Lombardi, the time for rest is 2 or 3 minutes, this time is for dry training and stretching. If you want to develop muscle you must use heavy weight and rest about 48 hours between each training, so 2 or 3 times per week is fine, but this training is only a example, you have many different work out in the web, and you can combine with the gun skills.
