Good Morning TT!!🍵 A chuckle for you! There is a chain of banks out here with "Lincoln" in the name. Their logo is a Lincoln head penny. Problem is, the date on the penny is the charter date of the bank: "1906" !!!!!!!!!🤣🤣🤣
My mom gave me a 1978 penny from her collection, labeled a ""78 Prince Penny". Tried researching that term with no luck so I'm guessing it reminded her of a Prince concert maybe? :)
You would think the ones that are harder to identify would also be the ones that are more scarce and desirable. But I guess the coolness factor is the main thing people want👊👊

Hi there so I wanted to reach out to see what you thought about this 1978 small D penny. The error on it is above the building on the left when looking at it. Extra metal dot and it also weighs at 3.15 grams. I also think the D is raised but I could be wrong. I had a collector from greeley, Colorado look at it. The only problem he said is there is no way to compare unless I find an identical one. But he said it was a mint error with the extra metal. Can't remember what he called it. Where can I send you pics of the penny.

The reason the portrait is so bad on the Lincoln penny they took a death mask portrait he was the first maybe even person to be embalmed he spent 18 months maybe more on the road in America after his death kill the body was nearly a bag of bones you could look it up but they didn't do the death mask until he had been dead for a while that's why the cheekbone is so bad on the Lincoln Memorial cent coin
His did not quite protrude like that until he had been dead for a while can I get the new outlook on high cheekbones they weren't that high when he was alive now you know now you know you know
