Great video. Dispelling lies and myths with facts and truth is one of the ways I support fighting for our Constitutional Rights. Thank you for putting so much information into this video.
For some reason, this makes me think of a "Forgotten Weapons" video, where Ian McCullam was showing a gun that was kindof like a Gatling gun, only it had just five barrels, and the ammunition was a bit larger and explosive, too. Because it was made before 1896, you could buy that gun with no restrictions, and even have it mailed to you! The ammo was a different story, if I recall correctly, because it was big enough to be considered an NFA item. But the gun itself? No problem!
Mel from Dragonman's says that he could buy M113 APCs cash on the barrelhead all day long but if he wanted the turret ring, that was a class III item requiring a $200 tax stamp & 6 month background check/waiting period.
Not that it matters to a pirate, but I was always under the impression (from a Maryland Attorney General AND a BATF "honcho" lawyer in N.J.) that it was legal to have the 13 cannon we carry on our pirate schooner. The only "issue" is if we were to shoot "exploding" ammunition or to be "disturbing the peace" -- such as shooting a broadside at 2 a.m. or something like that. For the most part, they are just noise-makers we use at coastal pirate festivals, however they were made to be safe to shoot ball and shot. In a few weeks, I'll probably start "re-forging" them to get them a little better looking and more like swivel guns during the Golden Age of Piracy. I'll video the re-forging and put it on my channel if anyone is interested.
Laughing my boots off!!!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣The president who shakes mid airs hands & Babbling mumbling on extremely high narcotics checking his watch to see ohhh I gotta check the time again to see how long he gots before the medicine wears off to we're he starts to go AWOL 🤣🤣 we truly are 🥺
''No amendment to the constitution is absolute''-Joseph Biden That is correct where tyranny goes unchecked, or where Congress votes to further amend the document that serves to protect our natural rights as citizens of the United States of America.
I say we scrap the reserve and national guard units and allow any able bodied person to provide their arms and ammunition to receive proper training and a sense of unity in working towards a higher noble goal. Government saves money providing the equipment, companies benefit, citizens can have their second amendment in its fullest form
They don't regulate Blackpowder guns. Plenty of convicted fellons running around with blackpowder pistols because of the loophole. It's also how they are allowed to still hunt.
@@HighCaliberHistoryLLC it’s small, but still a cannon. Trigger Cannon, can shoot projectiles from .18 cal, .22 cal, and a .30 cal lead balls. Use’s 209 primers, no black powder, but still has a good report and can punch through cans without a problem.

Lmao imagine the government regulating a metal tube that’s sealed on one end
Imagine the government regulating anything… it’s 2021 and we still haven’t outgrown tyrannical governments
It's much worse than that.
You just imagined all the countries in Europe that regulate barrels. Sealed on one end or not.
Or a plant
They ALREADY regulate inert bits of metal if they are mearly shaped in certain ways.
I wonder how much cannon sales went up...
In 1981 while in school, I watched the welding, machining, and maintenance manager build a cannon that shot bean cans filled with concrete.
Nice!
Have you seen the bowling ball mortar contests it's really cool?
"Pirate? Nay, privateer "
Love your content as always
Yeah those are cool competitions!
Privateers have been outlawed in many countries, but not in the US - even though no new privateers have ben authorized for a long wheil.
Interesting...Yosif we're buying cannons!

I'm not sure what firearm you're talking about, but the antique cutoff date is 1898, not 1896.
A friend of mine has 2 army tanks with cannon on them They cost a few bucks though
Yeah, if you start throwing tanks into the mix, the price definitely goes up!!

Its just good to know our prez knows as much about the laws regarding ownership of cannons as he does about politics 🥴

Thanks for watching!
Can’t own a cannon? Many of our founders owned entire warships.
Very true. Meanwhile, Biden doesn't even own a brain.
Where can I buy a functional cannon?
The internet is your friend. They're out there. A friend has one.
Midway just sent me a sales ad and apparently they've got some $20-$75 off right now
@@Superd00dz could you get me a link?

I lost all my cannons in a boating accident
Love it! (Also, nice user name!)
Can anybody recommend a good home defense cannon? I don't know much about them.
Any cannon can be a good home defense cannon!

during the civil war many people bought and supported artillery batteries.
The cannons from when Strom Thurmond was a kid were just big ol muzzleloader single shots.
In spite of that there are very few TH-cam videos of cannon collectors shooting their cannons.
Yeah, I sure wish there were more.
Hmmm OK......
Well..who wants to go and buy a Canon.?
There are literally no regulations against this.

I'm gonna put some cannons on my Corolla.
Let's Go Brandon ! We The People can & should own cannons 👍
I want to conceal carry a cannon
You technically could, Amazon sells pocket cannon's that are 22 cal
But aren’t weapons larger then a 50 BMG considered a Destructive device ? (I’m not American so I don’t know the gun laws)
Not if it's a blackpowder muzzleloader.
So can I legally cast a cannon today?
Absolutely!
there are no TH-cam tutorials for casting a cannot :(
