All wisemen talk the same language of purity and clarity. Sadguru repeat the same and Ramana Maharshi also advise the same but it's the interpretation by the seeker differs depending on their perceptions . Ramana maharshi always used to advise to simply sit without doing anything is meditation. It's in a state of Being rather than trying to become something . Thanks to the youtuber for sharing this video and the most simple method to meditate. The yogis smile and resonance speaks volumes of his wisdom.

Just like hindu phylosophy, the truth is one but can be felt, experienced, enjoyed in many different ways. This is true as long as the goal is pure and all encompassing. Therefore, we must understand that being with yourself means, not with your body or mind but the 'YOU' deep inside. You are not the body or the mind. You are a part of the divinity that occupies the entire cosmos. This 'YOU' is non physical and is attched to the mind and body by what is called MAYA. Sometimes it is difficult to understand but as you practice meditation it becomes easier to know. Dont go by any fixed, stubborn, stiff rules. Just relax, no disturbance, use following the breath as a crutch to calm your mind so that you dont get pulled in to thoughts. One needs to be aware of thoughts. They would come. When they happen, just be aware and these will go away. JKust know the origin of THOUGHT. Over time and perseverence, you will be able to attain a kind of peace within you. Most of us ordinary people need PEACE OF MIND. You will get it in meditation. The side effect of mediatation is a clear mind which can think rationally and take better decisions. External issues, problems do not affect you so much. Your EGO goes away. Once ego goes away you have only nice things to think about others and external situations. You become strong. You are very BALANCED🙏🙏🙏

Fascinating! Indeed meditation, the state can exist and manifest in many different forms. It can be hard to put into words, but I like the concept of describing it as a state where time becomes meaningless. I forget where I've heard this phrase, but I think "there is only the eternal now" is beautiful way to encapsulate it! We strive to do so much in life with excellence, many describe it as "being in the zone", to be in a state of "non-thinking" or "empty" in martial arts, to understand and be comfortable in "the void" or "nothingness". The more I come across articles and videos like this, I feel like I can see how it's all connected if not all of them being the same thing! I've tried posturing myself, being still and concentrating on my breath. At best, perhaps I have a solid hour of being still and at peace before I get fidgety and distracted. Perhaps it speaks to how undisciplined I am. However, when I carve walking sticks I do find myself in a state where time becomes meaningless to me and I find that several hours have passed. I even find myself more relaxed and clearer of mind to approach anything else later on.

Yes, it’s actually all within us.. it’s actually the aatma seeking param atma realization which creates a void in our heart and we tend to fill it with mundane temporary material desires in the form of money or women and what not! As soon as the veil of ego identification with body and mind diminishes once we cultivate pure love for One and All or thru divine surrender (bhakti), thru selfless service (karmayog) or thru the path of seeking divine wisdom within(gyan yog).. we get the glimpse of our absolute reality or achieve that state and that’s true liberation and that’s exactly we r here for! This human life is a gift for that purpose alone!

Yogis like him are true treasure for people and the Yogis have a choice or a purpose of life after they reach the peak of their Saadhana. They can either decide to be outgoing and educate people or they may decide a reclusive life & be available for few very needy / capable people. We must cherish chance encounters with such people. He is really experienced and explored meditation I had tried meditation and myself observed Brain gets No Thoughts Quickly and it is very very Positive State of Mind later you just want to be in this state .
Actually No Thought + 100% Relaxation = Meditation
After meditation you will feel enhanced Complex Functionality of Brain like .... Too much Confidence , Good Concentration Power, Good Respiration , and Gradually it will make you healthy too.
It's just A Reboot of your Brain and have lots of Benefits internally.
