Hello everyone! Apologies that this one doesn’t reveal a huge amount of new information, I did this as an animation (tiny bit of animation at the start hehe) and voice acting practice and just for fun :] i hope it’s easy enough to follow and I hope everyone enjoys it! I do intend to make more !
ou’ve put a lot of effort into this video! Keep up the good work! I enjoyed seeing the animation and the voice acting was also very commendable. Keep practicing and creating content that you’re passionate about. :]
What I do like about this compared to other AU's is that character personalities are kept in tact, and so are their capabilities. The timeline placement also makes this far more feasible and believable (no rainbow power, elements of harmony MIA?). RD only getting infected because of her ignorance toward the true severity of the situation was perfect. The M6 being at the epicenter of the infection also allows them to reasonably secure loved ones before things completely fall apart, preventing the typical contrived death of members when things first start going bad. There's some hope here, even if it's slim. Can't wait to see where this goes.
As a person who hasn't ever watched the actual show, even I can tell that the characters are MUCH more set apart in terms of personality like other au's
@@gulsum6084 I mean that there are several details that confirm my assumption, such as the fact that the school of friendship already exists, the Young six are part of the story, The crusades already have their mark, the changelings have been reformed, the pillars have been freed and evidently this is an alternative line of the beginning of the end, Season 9

At least we finally know all the CMC are safe, but the concept of an infected Celestia or Luna is terrifying. Luna especially, if she can still travel into ponies dreams, I can only imagine the psychological terror she’d inflict on everyone. Ponies too scared to sleep, slowly going insane until they’re hard to tell apart from the infected, or just too tired to run. All the possibilities.
the first nights would be the worst as she would be asking/trying to get help but in there dreams they would see her deuterate and then she would be quiet as her mind is fully gone

Its weird how alot of these infection aus don't take advantage of characters having magic, think about how a unicorn being infected can still using their magic to capture other ponies or their magic having different properties when infected with the disease like changing colour, turning themselves invisible so they would have the jump on a healthy victim. You know stuff like that, making our main characters use their magic too would be interesting beacause they could get tired or too frazzled a situation where tons of zombie unicorns use their magic in unison to capture one the survivors.
for "unicorns/magic" they would not be able to use most magic as they would need to concentrate on a lot of spells and if its the brain that's infected it would be hard to think, but the horn still is a weapon used to deal damage and some might be able to use a bit of magic but it would be something close to a flickering light or sparks, "ponies" that can/could fly would find it harder and harder to take off or stay in the air and would crash over and over mangling there wings and bones but they would still be "fast/nimble", As for earth/strong working "ponies" they would be tuff to take down as well as heavy that works both way as it would be harder for the infected as they would have thicker skin from working as well as muscles/fat that might help hold off an infected area or possibly doors but they would be a nightmare to take down if found infected and the bodies could easily block doors trapping "ponies" inside
That would require use of their higher cognitive functions. Accidental magic is possible, but if their brain had been deteriorated by the infection, they wouldn't be able to intentionally use their magic, let alone use it strategically.
There exists a “sterilize” spell that you can use on wounds to Immediately stop an infection spread. However, it only works on small areas; if you get a huge injury, sterilizing it will end up killing you as well.
well as magic has to be learned/practiced and how infected ponies are described as feral, i dont think they would be able to do most spells besides basic telekinesis (as in throwing rocks or knives. an infected with strong magic would probably be able to atleast grab/slow down a pony if it wouldnt require much concentration)
Celestia is either dead or infected... which is terrifing if she is. Also if Sombra came back, that means the other villans are on the loose, right? Since Discord sent Sombra to take over the empire, but the other three are still out and about. Wonder what will happen next...
I can only imagine the havoc Cozy Glow would cause in this world. I don’t think she’d even need to mess with magic, just take out Starlight, and she’d be a full blown cult leader in no time.
@@Shaii-f2x I went back and watched The Beginning of The End episode and "Grogaur" (however his name is spelt), aka Discord did bring all of the villans together. Sombra didn't want to team up and believed he could easily take over the empire, so Discord sent him there to prove it, which lead to the events of this AU, only this time, it seems that Sombra killed Cadence which is where things deviate. Unless Discord sent all of the other villans back into captivity, they are still out and about.
That begs the question: Do Changelings in this universe have a hive-mind or are they at least mildly telepathic? If they are, and they could be zombiefied, then you have SMART zombies that can attack in swarms, and perhaps even still shapeshift to make themselves look like normal healthy ponies.

5:33 Rarity cutting Fluttershy's mane is such an interesting detail. It makes me wonder if Fluttershy's mane got matted or became too much for her when she's supposed to be focused on surviving and staying as safe as possible.

This is honestly one of the best aus I’ve seen in a long time, the characters are accurate so much so that even when they said things like ‘maybe she’s just one some serious drugs’ it didn’t take me out of it or how dire the situation is. Also can I just say that the writing of the sun pausing at mid sunrise and it staying like that gave me chills. Excellent work, can’t wait for more!!

The normalcy of the ticking of the clock after all of them get inside the castle, really differs from the insane situation they're in. It's unnerving. Nice touch.

I really love this mlp infection au video the animation, voice and the story is so good it’s so scary the mane 6 wants to check their families and loves ones are okay if they haven’t been killed during the outbreak and other major ponies have been killed or infected.
On the bright side, due to most ponies walking around naked all the time, it makes it real hard to hide bites, and anyone wearing clothing outside of Canterlot would be fishy unless it was cold. Even when it is cold, the most they usually wear is a scarf and hat.
Damn this was awesome. Loved how you voiced them all (you did the best with Fluttershy, RD, and AJ imo) and how you kept them all in character. It felt so grounded. The art was fantastic too!
The way it loops back to your first video, I'm wondering if the note on the door is how daring ended up finding Scootaloo since there's no doubt it's her shadow at the end with how she was dressed.

Twilight has to have something in the works for making her friends live as long as herself. I'm not certain but I think even Discord would try to protect the main six in a real zombie break out. When it happens every universe needs a safety guard.
So it seems as if there are at least 2 survivor groups, I’m presuming at some point they will find eachother and we can get a reunion of the CMC! Tho if they never find each-other I’ll be sad because they are all a third of one whole. Tho I do feel like in this au the shield on their cutie mark just might mean defence, defence against the infected, together.
What I love about this AU is that it doesn’t rely on scary stuff. In fact it doesn’t have too many scary images which is good for me. I am a goose and I am supposed to be the scariest
I like to think that Pinkie wasn't sitting there by a window or cracking a door to see Bonbon, but instead they just pointed her facing a closed front door and figured her Pinkie sense would connect the dots.
Also, the your voice acting sure was spot on :)! Even though it does not sound 100% accurate, the tone and mood was perfect! Thank you for portraying them so well^^

What an amazing touch, I guess with enough time and practice twilight would probably figure it out but it’d probably take forever to do so

By storytelling skills I meant writing skills/story idea whatever. Very creative and actually makes perfect sense unlike other infection aus I’ve seen

This is honestly one of the best aus I’ve seen in a long time, the characters are accurate so much so that even when they said things like ‘maybe she’s just one some serious drugs’ it didn’t take me out of it or how dire the situation is.
Also can I just say that the writing of the sun pausing at mid sunrise and it staying like that gave me chills. Excellent work, can’t wait for more!!

On the bright side, due to most ponies walking around naked all the time, it makes it real hard to hide bites, and anyone wearing clothing outside of Canterlot would be fishy unless it was cold. Even when it is cold, the most they usually wear is a scarf and hat.

So it seems as if there are at least 2 survivor groups, I’m presuming at some point they will find eachother and we can get a reunion of the CMC! Tho if they never find each-other I’ll be sad because they are all a third of one whole. Tho I do feel like in this au the shield on their cutie mark just might mean defence, defence against the infected, together.

What I love about this AU is that it doesn’t rely on scary stuff. In fact it doesn’t have too many scary images which is good for me. I am a goose and I am supposed to be the scariest
