And another thing which was off putting about Layla is that she doesn't feel any kind of remorse or guilt after cheating on her boyfriend with Tala while Tala was like "oh shit what have I done". Tala's family was much more interesting especially her uncle who was gay but was stuck in loveless marriage with a woman, her younger sister Zina who was dating a jew guy but they broke up over religious defiance even Tala's housekeeper who hates her mother
