- It's finally finished! After 3 months of renovating and editing, my room makeover video is complete! I completely transformed my studio, putting the main focus on my PC setup and my new stationery desk. I decorated it to give the vibes of a cozy mossy forest, with lots of mushrooms, Studio Ghibli and Lord of the Rings bits, and some of my favorite art. I really hope you enjoy it! Just so you know, the spray paint isn’t the problem for your furniture, you likely just need a sealant as a topcoat. It will also protect the paint job so it doesn’t scuff off or scratch as easily.
Source: I did the same thing like 5 years ago and all of my research was like “You don’t NEED to seal with a topcoat!” And I do this sort of thing for work now and YOU TOTALLY NEED A TOPCOAT!
(Also, proper prep - sanding and putting down a good primer first - is super important too.)
Now I’m trying to find the time to repaint the furniture I didn’t properly seal 5 years ago… 🫠
