I have lived in Woodstock for 10 years. My home was built in 2013. There are a ton of newer subdivisions in the area around Highway 92 and Trickum Road. Toll Brothers is building a new neighborhood directly behind my neighborhood. Recently, there were 4 homes for sale in my neighborhood (Lakestone), and the sales price range was from 700k to 825k. All the home homes sold. As for the population of Woodstock, it is very misleading. Town Lake which is west of Interstate 575 is not included in the population count, but there are close to 8000 residences in that area. Moreover, there are a ton of new subdivisions along the Arnold Mill corridor as well as Highway 140, and even though these neighborhoods have a Woodstock address, they are outside of the city limits. As for the school system, Cherokee County had the highest SAT scores in the Metro a few years ago. This is the reason why Cherokee County is growing so much. In addition, Woodstock is also home to the Etowah and River Ridge High School clusters, and they are both high performing high schools. Finally, in terms of shopping, the outlet shops of Atlanta in Woodstock probably see almost as much traffic as Town Center Mall in Cobb. The store mix is definitely better, and with Costco down the street, that area is booming. The Target shopping center area does a lot of business as well, and there's a BJ's in the area as well as Kohl's, Old Navy, and other shops, so shopping is not limited to just downtown.

Moving to Woodstock was one of the best decision of my life.
Thank you do much for your videos , I moved to Woodstock in last January ❤
Hi, How do you like it.. I’m thinking of relocating with the family from Fl. We are actually visiting this week. Thank you
I am thinking of relocating to Woodstock from Utah. Is it a safe area?
@@DboyBanks777I’ve been here for 8 years and it’s amazing. Lots of things to do and a great place to raise a family.
I live in the downtown and love every minute of it 🏠 😃
Hi, thanks for the video. Is it possible to do a video describing the differences between living in zip code 30188 versus 30189?
Not a lot of difference. 88 is a bit more commercial because of Hwy 92 and Main St, 89 is a bit more rural and more residential.
Any thoughts on hickory flat/canton?
Still looking for a Tour of Woodstock
