Prawn and mushroom risotto/biryani - experimental cooking

An eccentric experiment in cooking mushrooms, prawns, cream and rice while filming with an action camera - the Insta360 Go3. Having fun creating a tasty dish from leftovers inthe fridge. There is no recipe as such. No measurements or cookink temperatues. Just winging it. It turned out to be a very tasty dish that was part biryani and part risotto.

I’ve lived alone , mostly, for 17 years ! According to my darling daughter she considers me to have become rather eccentric, too … perhaps it’s the Suffolk air … ! I think that after a few years we all become the people we are Meant to be … given the opportunity.. or the circumstances. Best wishes to you, too.
