⚠warning very nerdy comment⚠ Nibbles, I think you need to learn BWMM (Backwards Momentum) and FMM (Forced Momentum). These strategies should help you with the 4 block jumps. It was these strategies that helped me beat the annoying jump at 12:34 and along with other jumps like the 3 block plus 1 and helped me beat Dragon's Dare in under 3 minutes (I know I sound like a nerd right now 🤓) But you could also just go for it with 0 strategies...
