I had a third party inspection done before our purchase and all issues were fixed before we took delivery. This gave us a great camping season with no problems. Money well spent.
Awesome! That’s one of the smaller inspirations sheets I’ve seen but any pre buy inspection. But any 3rd party inspection is good. I’m a NRVIA certified inspector and I’m glad to hear people are getting them more!
We are hoping to be Brinkley owners this summer...yes to third-party inspection but I thought you don't sign zee papers and drive it off the lot till everything on the list is fixed. Good luck with your Brinkley! They are awesome.
Congrats! We really do love our Brinkley. That is what I believe most people do. We had the tire stem issue fixed before we left with it and hydraulic leak we fixed ourself but since all other things are minor, we decided to just have them taken care of by Brinkley before our year warranty is up because we were on a time crunch to leave with the unit.
Thanks! we have a 25 z2900 very small no biggie issues, one drawer came did come loose, 2 screws and were off running. 3 k miles already! make sure you grease your wet bolts!
Highly suggest an inspection on any RV. (and make sure the dealer is on board with the process and timing). Preferable to use an inspector who takes pictures of everything (working or not) in their inspection report. They should also include all info on your components (model, serial numbers, etc) which are very valuable to have in one document. The picture will also point out exactly what needs to be fixed for you & dealer. Everyone is different, and there are a few items in your list I would have had the dealer fix before signing, as there is never a higher sense of urgency for the dealer to fix items on warranty work... than for a unit that they want to sell and get out the door. FWIW - ours was a 3-day process that we agreed to. Our inspection took an entire day to do his work. Next morning on thee second day I would have my inspection in hand and by noon the dealer would have my list of required ixes (only had 3 very minor items). I came in on 3rd day to (in order) - verify fixes, sign paperwork, do the walk though, hitch up and drive off. Love our Brinkley G - the fit/finish, storage and customer service runs circles around Grand Design (owned a Reflection and then a Momentum previously).
Ok, so basically a dripping hydraulic cap and a bad valve stem = a "Broken Brinkley". You are not very smart. If that's all a 3rd party inspection found, you got a good camper. Dumb video.
Appreciate the feedback! We used ‘Broken Brinkley?’ because that’s exactly what was on our minds before the inspection-are there big issues or just small fixes? Turns out it was minor stuff, but we still wanted to share the findings for anyone else curious about inspections.

Yes we are so glad we did it!
When he inspected it why weren't you there?

Thanks for this video. I’m surprised you are having issues with his writing, would expect this to be a typed/electronic document.
That would’ve been nice! Lol

Thank you! We’re around 2k miles right now and my husband is getting ready to grease them this weekend!
Being handy owning an rv is a must. Enjoy
Definitely! You too:)
Which Brinkley location did you pick up your 3610? Thanks and congratulations!
Thank you! Bish’s RV in Jerome, ID. They were great!

Great advice!
Several times you mentioned not understanding what the inspector meant. Why didn't you call them and ask?

We did get a great camper! Thanks for watching!
Guess that they're using click bait titles for their video to try to get more views/revenue. I always find that to be irritating.
