Good movie with a good storyline. it is the second hit film of Shammi Kapoor after the movie 'Tumsa Nahin Dekha' but in my opinion this movie is not up to that mark because the character of the mother in the movie is not written properly. it has many contractions. she looked so just foolish since the very first scene until last one. She had been blamed and left by her husband due to conspiracy done by the villain hari chand, but later on she slapped and barked at Shammi Kapoor who is a band master,yelled that he should see his own status again heroine who is the owner of the same hotel. Sulochana also acted very poorly especially in the second half. Asha Parekh was just ok Surendra Nath as father performed very well. attraction of the movie is the role played as harichand's son. his performance was on the top. title song is the only song which is very very melodious. other songs are judt ok . the music was great and camera works outstanding .
