The reason why they’re using Fender Instruments is because they’re gear truck couldn’t make it to the show. So they had to buy some instruments for the show, you can even see the tag on Les’ bass.
Ler amassa demais na guitarra, slc!!! O cara é um verdadeiro monstro. E esse tiozao de 60 anos no baixo com sua marchada esquisita e unica é simplesmente INCRIVEL. Herb tbm é um monstraooo
I’ve always appreciated the efforts Primus has put into production and ideas like the 3D tour, wonka, rainbow goblins, and obviously Rush, and the visuals. However, I’ve also felt like it can detract from what I love most about this band; just watching them have a blast playing music with each other. I don’t even miss the sandman mic. I love the bare bones feel of this.
That's how you can tell excellent musicians. Les sounds like Les even with a fender bass & my set up since early 80s ,..Ampeg SVTs....& Still sounds like Les
So when I was looking at comments on the IG page from people that were there, they said a lot of people were just too close to each other to move all that much plus from being outside in the heat all day a lot of people were just too tired
@hannahkozal1246 None of that would've mattered in the 90s/early 00s. People moshed and went crazy when Primus was playing, that's just how it was. It's sad seeing a crowd just standing there watching.
I realize by saying this it’s exactly what you did so I do appreciate you recording this but the fact that everybody goes to concerts now and just holds their phones up and records what they’re watching makes no sense to me. You’re literally there to watch a live band watch it remember it and go home. Keep your phone in your pocket.
@@Shadowman-1960 What? Larry plays the same note, in the same pitch, as the one Les sings. It's the exact same in the studio version. At 2:23 you can hear Ler and Les do the same note on guitar and vocals respectively. What are you talking about lol

Wow! That’s crazy!!! Did they make a run to the local Guitar Center?!? Maybe a Mom&Pop Guit. Shop?!?
guitar center lol
I wonder if they bought their new instruments at the Guitar Center in towns square. That's the one I shop at.
I think guitar center. And they’re going to auction off the instruments they played and donate the proceeds to St Jude’s.
He's playing the more pricey version of my pbass. That's crazy to me.
Best fender Advertisement video ever
That bass sounds so goddamn good.
it's the player, not the bass 😀
You mean Les made the bass sound so Goddamn good??? Lol but seriously that bass was crispy as fuck.
Les is THAT guy. Primus sucks!
@@mikereplin4194 the ampeg svt cl is the main reason it sounds so amazing
One of the most proficient & authenti-cally live bands out there…
Ler! Still killing it
I WAS DOING THE DAMN LASSO THE WHOLE SONG. EVERYONE AROUND ME HAD BIG OL SMILES
That bass sounds awesome

This sound pretty darn good! Great video!
Les is such a great bass player
P-Bass and a SVT. It ain't the gear folks. Wow.
It's honestly pretty hard to make a P-Bass in a SVT sound bad.
I have that same shirt! Lmao amazon special- I wear it when gigging out 🤣 this rules!
hell yeah
tightest damn band out there
did the really set those expensive amps under direct nevada sunlight??
❤
🤟
So thier gear got stuck in a storm in Colorado or something, so that's all back line gear?
They bought matching fenders guitars at a guitar center right before
I think they went to guitar center and bought some quick back ups.
Wtf is with all the phones
I want les to be my best mate 😂
is that tim alexander on drums?
of course
Thats herb, the ginseng drummer.
Tim died on the operating table and this is his clone. He’s actually better than the original Tim Alexander.
@@benkelly7182 im better than tim alexander,,,, but only because of his influence ironically

I never understood the appeal of these guys. This is just noise.
