Basements have always freaked me out cuz I live in CA and we don’t have basements over here. Of the hundreds of houses I’ve been inside throughout my life I’ve never once seen one with a basement… It would be so nice to actually see one in person one day! I don’t get why we don’t have them over here, cuz they look like they’d be perfect for storage, or to turn into a hangout room.
No basements at all? Wow! I've heard a lot of homes in Florida don't have them either. Do you suppose its a.....temperature thing? Both states are quite warm all year round & Florida suffers from random sinkholes a lot. I wonder if digging basements in ground that may well be unstable, is the reason CA & FL don't usually have basements.
I was always told the lack of a basement promotes earthquake stability in the building above it, and it's like, there are basements but they're not cheap because you have to meet some kind of earthquake standard without the cheap no-basement way of doing it. Or something like that.
😳😳😳😳😳 These are all so scary. And that last one is absolutely mind blowing!! And weird!! I'm going downstairs to my basement right now to make doubley sure it's locked up super secure!! 😩😩😩😩😩😩
It's interesting that Robert White got two years for building that "confinement room". I remember a case on a TV show where a pedophile built a torture chamber in his basement but since he hadn't actually used it yet there was nothing the police could do to him.
Was that Law & Order SVU? I saw that one & it freaked me out big time. The scary thing is it fell under 'self-expression'. That there is no law against designing a room....even as a torture-chamber....as long as you never have a human being in it against their will. Creepy!
That last story reminds me of a story of a princess of France or Ireland way back when and wanted to marry a commoner against her moms wishes and her mom told the guy she passed away and held her in a secret room some rich family for like 20 years or so and I guess a cop finally got a tip from someone and went to investigate and the family actually let him in the house but insisted he don't go up the stairs to a particular room and of course he's going to so he found her crazy shit
The first story is of the lady being trafficked. I don't think people have any idea how subtle they work... Even if you get away you have to realize police won't do anything, they arnt paid to protect you, so if you have no family or anyone to help you, your screwed... And they always do their research before snatching someone up. Super tragic and I hope she's OK now.
I live about 10 minutes away from the dungeon house. I grew up walking on some of the hiking trails in that area. I remember when it was on the news: it was so creepy and unnerving that something like that could happen so close to home!
I'm only 1:32 minutes into the video but I find it hard to believe that this man heard sounds and smell of cigarettes, saw that his seller door was covered in blood still proceeded to investigate saw a backpack filled clothes and when he called his previous job which just so happened to be the police department he didn't report there was something going on while just going back into his home as if he didn't just encounter something strange. Then goes back to the seller to find a "disheveled woman" who runs away and then that's when he decides to call the cops again 😒. I don't believe this story I think he probably kidnapped her and she fled so he called the cops to cover his ass.
That’s a stupid assumption, if your theory was true which I doubt it is, why wouldn’t she go to the cops if she fled?.. and don’t say because he use to be the mayor of that town and the cops probably wouldn’t believe her.
That guy that bought that house is lucky. Dude just finds thousands in guns and ammo, not to mention the safe. I can think of a few reasons why he’d stop posting more pictures.
When I was a young lad, I was always told by my family to never, ever go through the cellar door. One day, while everyone was out, I noticed that the cellar door was open just a bit, so I peeked through the gap and saw things I'd never seen before ... the sky, trees, grass
I'd owned a duplex in Homewood, IL that I rented out. One day I went there to inspect the furnace and was horrified to find the basement full of unwashed laundry and about a week's worth of garbage. There was even a cat litter box that looked as though it hadn't been changed in a month!
@@pineapple7024 how do u know they were illegal? The video didnt say they were machine guns or what state it was in. Could be some rifles or ar 15s… worth a lot of money. Great find
@@pineapple7024 idk where u live but here in Florida you don’t need to register a gun…unless it’s fully automatic or suppressed or something. Or a short barrel shotgun. maybe make sure it isn’t stolen in this situation I suppose, not sure how you go about that though.
yeah that was awesome, if i was in that situation i'm not sure i would tell the police, those crates probably had fully automatic weapons in them or something?
The disturbing part about it is the fact of someone owning that much of it… If it was only 1 or 2 guns with 1 or 2 packs of ammo it wouldn’t be unusual one bit… The idea is that the man who owned it could’ve been planning a huge mass attack on society; esp considering the fact that they were all hidden in a secret room or crawl space… Most ppl (like myself) who own a gun(s) only have 5 or less, as well as 5 or less packs of ammo; and we also keep it in a closet or a designated safe, not create some large special room in the walls for it…. It doesn’t make sense to own that much unless you have nefarious plans or are extremely crazy.
@@kayleigh3648 It's not as nefarious as you think. People in rural areas own many guns and not only a good amount of ammo but even make their own ammo. It's a hobby in most places, not some one man army thing.

Super tragic and I hope she's OK now.
dude at 7:00 hit the jackpot
Indicted is pronounced In-die-ted. Its when the state brings you in on charges after an investigation.
You don’t care for our prestigious narrator’s pronunciation?!
I came down here looking just for this 😂
@@malcolmmortgage haha so did I
I was praying I wasn't the only one who noticed that he said it like it was spelled 😂😂😂
@Jaykay lol, phonetic pronunciations crack me tf up. SMMFH
Holy yapatron 3000
I love how this is a creepy video but then out of no where he's like today sponsor is raid shadow legend
ALWAYS enjoyable content Chilling Scares! AND a VERY pleasant voice to listen to as well, THANKU CS :)
My favorite time of the year and one of my favorite TH-cam informers/story tellers!🙌🏾
That guy that bought that house is lucky. Dude just finds thousands in guns and ammo, not to mention the safe. I can think of a few reasons why he’d stop posting more pictures.
That was John Wicks house
god i wish that were me...
When I was a young lad, I was always told by my family to never, ever go through the cellar door. One day, while everyone was out, I noticed that the cellar door was open just a bit, so I peeked through the gap and saw things I'd never seen before ... the sky, trees, grass
Horrifying.
Raid Shadow Legends sponsor after an almost abduction💀...
Love the tone. The sound design is amazing.
The sharks one was so unexpected. Glad they were able to save some of them.
Your voice is very soothing. It helps me sleep!Thank you so much!!!☺
Your content is great!Addicted!!!😊❤👍
I'd owned a duplex in Homewood, IL that I rented out. One day I went there to inspect the furnace and was horrified to find the basement full of unwashed laundry and about a week's worth of garbage. There was even a cat litter box that looked as though it hadn't been changed in a month!
IL? What is IL? Are you saying that you're ill? What sickness do you have?
This channel is my new favorite thing.
The guy who found all those guns and ammo is pretty damn lucky, hopefully he didn't turn them into the government
What? What the fuck is he gonna do with a bunch of illegal guns? Keep them for fun?
@@pineapple7024 how do u know they were illegal? The video didnt say they were machine guns or what state it was in. Could be some rifles or ar 15s… worth a lot of money. Great find
@@jdt8164
They’re illegal when he GETS THEM. Whoever owned them before might’ve had them registered. He does not
@@pineapple7024 idk where u live but here in Florida you don’t need to register a gun…unless it’s fully automatic or suppressed or something. Or a short barrel shotgun. maybe make sure it isn’t stolen in this situation I suppose, not sure how you go about that though.
This dudes crying about illegal I would’ve kept all of that and said nothing 🤡😂😂😂
"...I want to talk about today's sponsor, Raid Shadow Legends."
Me: That is the most disturbing thing I have ever seen
Yay! New episode for my birthday hell yah
This is a really good episode!
Really, the cops go into a basement that looks like serial killer’s lair and their first thought is: Gee it might just be a movie set. Wow. 😂
A hurricane is folding Florida rn and I’m glad I can watch this
Chilling Scares always makes his stories terrifying 😳
nice another chilling scares video :)
Jerry's basement was actually a nice find. Would hardly call it disturbing unless you think guns, ammo, and a safe are disturbing things.
yeah that was awesome, if i was in that situation i'm not sure i would tell the police, those crates probably had fully automatic weapons in them or something?
@@kayleigh3648a huge mass attack on society? ROFL. YOU’RE GENUINELY INSANE. Very active imagination
Prisoner: What are you in for?
Josh: Possession with intent to supply
Prisoner: Drugs?
Josh: Nah, Sharks.
Was shocked to see Bowling Green KY on this channel, I literally work like 10-15 mins from that house, kinda spooky 😬
There is a documentary about the last subject in this video, with recorded videos from when they were kept inside. No idea if it’s in English somewhere but it’s called “the kinderen van ruinerwold”.
If it were in England i dont think the title would be dutch 😅
7:18 "He searched the rest of the room and found multiple gun cases"
You mean he looked to the right?? 🤣
What about the inactive grenade without a pin?
That sounds VERY close to being an active grenade!
This is amazing i got goose bumps
The 58 year-old dude in the last story never gave his identity, and...what? Was eventually let go? He likely kidnapped the others.
Didn't expect Raid shadow legends to be brought up here tho
the shark pool and the apocalyptic bunker stories are INSANE
Lets be honest you are reading comments to not get creeped out to much
Great video
UMMM how is a secret room with guns and ammo and a safe in it DISTURBING??????
More like a jackpot.
