Anyone else imagine all of Gray's GTA adventures happening on the same board, like the city just changes each day. The citizens are probably like: "Oh god Gray's doing another stunt challenge." "Is it Monday again?" "Yep, stay inside. Don't wanna get squashed by a car. Or a deer... Or a tank."

you know, i'd like to see gray do a board where the checkpoints either don't work or just do something that checkpoints don't really work as expected.
i'd settle for one where they act as teleports, but teleport him to another spot that looks exactly the same as the one he just finished

Fake checkpoints... That are equally hard to get to but, resets your previous actual checkpoint. Gives you hope then just snatches it away BUT you don't know until you die/ fail making it frustrating x2

I totally think the starling could've done it is it hasn't been hit by the meteor. The fact that it was hit by on and was still going was already incredibly impressive
This plane historically was made for gliding, I'm glad to see it is that way in GTA too
Gray somehow has to improve his gta skill faster then Alex gets his ideas and it is always entertaining
A few small tips for anyone who needs it.
1: having the landing gear out will slow you down and lower the handling
2: If the engine goes out or you decide to turn it off while flying, some aircrafts (mostly jets) can fly further if you knife it (tilt sideways), you can use the back rudder to stay up for longer than staying upright
tip 2 has got to be some weird GTA physics. real life you would just fall strait out of the sky.

@TheLivingAfroo wow. Let me explain since you don't understand English or science. Yes the plane would follow its parabolic trajectory in terms of distance, but you could not increase the distance flown at all, as you need lift to do so. Turning the plane on its side gets rid of all its lift, and using the rudder to keep the nose angled up would just put the plane into a stall, making it fall strait out of the sky. Either way, not going very far.

Makes sense the Starling did as well as it did, it appears to be based on the Messerschmitt ME-163 Komet, which was a WW2 German... manned missile. It was a rocket interceptor with like 6 minutes of fuel, it would shoot up through a formation of bombers, gun blazing, then glide back home.
yep. and the Pyro is based on the De Havilland Vampire, a _wooden jet._ and then there's also the Mig-15, the Avro Vulcan (the flying wing bomber), among others.

Gray is the most entertaining YTber i have ever seen. his pain and suffering is the most enjoyable and he doesn't even fake it like some content creators. The fact he isn't full of himself or trying hard for subs is amazing

I’ve been wanting to see a frictionless board where gray has to use magnets to steer. Like, there’s a big magnet at the end of the board that keeps Gray moving forward. And he has control over magnets on the side of the board that allow him to move left and right. If you wanted to get really sadistic, then you could make some of the board invisible. Just a suggestion :)

Imagine if Gray had to drive himself. Similar to meaty bits, but it's Gray on all fours
Is there a way to turn the meteors into falling windmills?
Or if not, some way of turning Windmills into meteors or projectiles?
If so can they be spinning too?
And if so, how fast and slow, and randomized could it be?
Also how frequently can they fall? Can it be modified or varied?
And can they not just fall but come in all sorts of directions?

The fact I'm pretty sure gray actually has a plane licence and regularly fly's scares me when he does challenges like this lmao
Crazy thing is you had two winning flying machines. The second to last one you used would've made it to the checkpoint if you didn't get hit by that one meteor. That slowed you down and if you had try it again i am sure you would've made it.
The Ultralight is actually incredibly useful in GTAO. If you equip the 'Muffled Rotors' upgrade, idling or shutting off your engine removes you from the map, and makes you immune to lock-ons. Add the carbon frame upgrade that 'greatly reduces weight' and you can effectively glide for half an hour in the right circumstances. It's my favorite air vehicle (aside from the A10).

The machine guns also do weirdly fluctuating damage to other planes, sometimes it's a peashooter, sometimes it one taps

@@Lone_Wandering0 It's a silly and fun 'cruising' vehicle. I love it. I just like 'gun go brrrrt' on the A10. I don't even use it for combat or anything.

I guess an airplane is just as great as its pilot, considering how Gray was able to get the cargo plane through all that stuff without actually dealing much damage to it. I honestly didn't expect he'd make it past a bunch of horizontally moving airplanes.
At some point, Alex is creating a board where Gray is tasked to drive to a few locations in the city in a delivery van and that´s just it.
Meanwhile, Gray will get more and more paranoid, waiting for the other shoe to drop but nothing ever happens.
And then at the last "stop" it teleports him to the real board: Doing the same thing while random chaos happens. Also have it so that he starts on a raised platform with a bevvy of identical (except color) vans to choose from. Make it so that there's a hidden teleporter right at the beginning that takes him straight to the end without having to do ANY of it. Just to screw with him. No checkpoints.

Me 163 Komet (the airship Starling is based on) was literally made for gliding, it didn't carry enough fuel to fly with its engine max power all the time, no wonder it did so well in this challenge
If we could get this as a console map, then this would be a great way to practice evasive manoeuvres of dogfighting,

alex should make you a board where you can spawn and despawn black holes to propel you forwards across massive jumps, but you have to despawn them at the perfect moment or else you either get sucked in or dont have enough speed

Well now. Gray has conquered land and sky, so I believe it's about time that Alex makes Gray a board that revolves around riding boats. Let Gray take on the sea next!
Or try something like that one underwater board from ages ago, driving a car upside-down on the ceiling of an underwater tunnel.

Alex's next challenge should be "geometry dash" themed. Make grey bow down to the pain of a rhythm game where gravity changes, you're teleported randomly, your vehicle changes randomly, and if you don't follow the beat of the music your car explodes.

so, something I learned, when you're flying a jet and its engine dies, knife fly and use the tail fins stuff to keep yourself up in the air.

15:16 if anyone would like to know what the plane is, it’s a Messerschmitt Me 163 Komet. It is a late WWII german jet. Only 370 were built and they were basically just manned missiles. If you were selected to pilot this plane ground crews wouldn’t expect you to survive more then one flight as it’s guns were weak, it’s engineering was basic, and it’s survival rate was extremely low. Most would overheat and catch on fire mid flight and crash, and it had vary little ammunition. Most pilots would kamikaze into enemy planes once the ammo was gone.
Edit: another reason that pilots were not expected to survive was that they had one or so hours of training beforehand.

Dear Alex: please make a board where reporters are randomly placed around the board, yet they are invisible. They should teleport Gray to above a checkpoint that only kills him, so that he HAS a o restarts the board every time he hits one. Add a troll end and force a huge wall ride that will cause him to want to uninstall himself from life, redownload hinself, and start back from the tutorial. Have fun!
I would legitimately only play GTA just to fly the airplanes in it, but then drive home from the airport afterwards.

Dear Alex… a challenge idea: a crash course challenge where the vehicle has 1 HP. On top of that it’s filled with challenges that only one Vic can complete.

Cool story for this:
My friends and I were flying to Cayo Perico to setup the heist, but I accidentally hit a missile directly on the Velum, making it smoke, but we flew it anyways in fear of it shutting off mid flight, meanwhile my friend is preparing for this by flying up in the air, and I have no idea why. We're 2/3 of the way South, and the engine cuts out while in flight. My friend starts maneuvering the plane and we realize why he flew all the way up: to gain gliding speed so we can glide to the island. Needless to say, he actually managed to glide us to the island. Definitely deserves his "Ace" flying skill title

In the next board of pain, Alex should have a list of cars you should use, with a number. Each number will be randomly generated, with the lower numbers being more PAIN.

I didn’t realize there were that many kinds of planes in GTA. And I know most of them or what they’re based on.
I saw (in no particular order) an A-10, a Harrier, a Vulcan, a Blackjack, a Mig-15, a C-5, an Extra 300, an Me-262, an Me-163, an Osprey, a Cessna Skyvan (I forget the exact name) and some variety of Sikorsky flying boat. And I probably still missed a few.

8:01 pretty sure you can go faster by sweeping the wings on that plane, then pop them out past the square for max-glide-ratio.
Does also seem like you forgot to pull up the landing gear on most planes.... Which gives a ton of maneuverability and speed; in-turn giving you a more projective glide from higher inertia

when engine goes out, more-so in jets, you can knife flight and rudder to keep level you can basically keep all height and land safely. good way to get more distance also
