Everyone with any experience singing would know that great vocal control shows great technique which equals as you said 'healthier' and more well maintained. Breathy singing damages your voice, that's common sense in vocal studies.
Please don't make subjective comments with technical terms when you don't have any understanding of the discipline. I studied vocals for 10+ years and I find comments like yours to be very insulting.

Ha Hyun Woo has an objectively better and healthier technique - categorized by less tension underneath the jaw (I think lol, vocal anatomy is confusing) - but both are incredibly skilled and Lee Hyuk's technique is ridiculously pretty!!! Who I'd rather listen to changes day by day, but who I'd rather sing like is definitely Ha Hyun Woo. So much freedom!

Lee hyuk is more heady, as is the case for a lot of ballad or pop singers. While ha hyun woo is more chesty which i tend to notice with a lot if not most of rock singers. Both great in their perspective genres either way so I don't think there's a cause for comparison between them. I'm just here to appreciate two incredibly talented singers
