Excercise is good for security guard which is shown in video. "even iam a security guard in hong kong & name of my working place is PO SHAN ROAD-MID LEVEL HK so when I go for my security duty by walking up its too steep and that's why I don't need the excercise but whatever I shaw in video is compulsory needed to SECURITY GUARD. A place where iam working is hills area where RICH PEOPLE lives.
What country is this? I am retired police and 25 year security professional. If this is supposed to be a workout to help the officers get into better shape to do the job…then why are they in full uniform? They should have workout gear and sneakers, not a uniform and boots. This is security and not a military operation! Sorry to criticize…I can see that the morale and energy of the officers shows that this type of display is humiliating!

Yeah in US military each military personal is allowed to salute Commissioned officers, flags and fallen veterans and veterans who receive medal of honor. This is salute regulation in military.
You are right, but to salute your senior is respect its on you if you want to salute than you can but if you don't want to salute them that's your choice. "but if anyone from your senior forcing you to salute him every day that will be the wrong.

salute is allowed only when you are in full dress and to the person who is in high rank
