Lord, I just cooked up some sausage and crawfish stew over rice with warm pistolettes. Had Tamela intro song playing in my head. Ya got me burning….Lol…. Oh just whipped up a quick banana pudding for dessert.

Instead of honey, I use ginger with lite sodium soy sauce & hoisin sauce. So it will get naturally sweetened with out so much sugar from the honey. Great alternative for diabetics. 😊❤️
I made this recipe for my mom when the video first came out…she asked me to make it again this weekend. It took me 2 hours searching on google before I remembered that the recipe came from Mama Mann’s kitchen! Great recipe ❤️❤️❤️
I've done the stuffed peppers twice..and I have done the blackened salmon. I do that one often because I am trying to lose weight and I couldn't make salmon taste good without sauce but the salmon from Mama Mann got me together. I can't wait to try this one. Keep them coming Auntie!

Mama Mann the shrimp and chicken sausage stir fry looks so delicious. I made gumbo a few years ago with andouille chicken sausage, shrimp and crab for my 55th birthday. It was so delicious too. I will make this dish in the future. I enjoy watching your shows and if you do have a live audience in the future PLEASE include me. Good Evening Mrs. Mann, I Love to see all the great meals you cook. Have you ever heard of a meal called Chops for Chaps what that is is Pork chops and Vegetables. Here is the Recipe: four or five Pork chops cook them in Olive oil or Vegetable oil, in a Skillet cook them until they are brown and tender. Then take them out of the skillet on a paper towel to let the Chops drain. Then you get another skillet or the same skillet.Put in uncooked rice brown or white rice. Then add your Chops back on top of the Rice. Than you put a can of 🌽 on top of the Chops then last add a can of whole tomatoes. Then the seasonings is salt to taste, black pepper to taste and garlic powder to taste. Add water to cover the vegetables. Cook til rice is done. And Enjoy!!!! Thank you, God bless you always!!!!
Mamma Mann, My husband use to cook for our family. David loved cooking and grilling. He has in May 2020. This show has given me more of a push to get cooking more. No more take outs. I really enjoyed your show and with your husband too. More shows pleased. I written all your recipes down. I will try this week and cook your Shrimp, Sausages Stir Fry. I love Stir Fry, not much of a shrimp person, I believe that I would substitute it with steak or chicken. Looks so delicious.
