Hi Bonnie, Thank you very much for your compliments! I find mini gardens provide so many different opportunities too. I don't have a recipe for the chicken but it's a straightforward dish - just a case of adding as much as you like of the ingredients in the video. It's simple but delicious!

I am catching up on your videos and read that you would like to have cuttings from the flowers on your napkins. I hope somebody has already replied to this. But.... if not then I will. These are Fritillaria and they are bulbs. Sooo, put them in the ground now and enjoy them in spring.
If I cook the rice with the pesto, the pesto flavours infuse into the rice as it absorbs the liquid while cooking. This way gives a subtle pesto flavour. Sometimes, if I've wanted a stronger flavour, I've added a little afterwards too.
If I had such a beautiful garden I would live, eat and entertain there too! This is wonderful. Thank you.
