Be careful of complaining to other people property. Their land and they should have the right to decide what to do with that. With all respect we have no business to interfere. God knows how much time, energy and money owner must being put up to it. I don't own any and if do I sure would not want any suggestion. How would you feel if someone else tell you how to spend your money?

Use it as community garden to help feed locals living near by. No liabilities/law suits on land or to owners….it’s their land after all. Community garden gives some benefits to surrounding environment with no long term impact to physical land or owners. Keiki or dog park could work as well. City & County have to come to “no liabilities “ for all parties involved.
