What a magnificent set -- I love the Fox band! A couple of surprises in here: When I saw the "Soon" title, I knew from the recording date that it couldn't be the Rodgers & Hart song from the Bing film, _Mississippi_ , so I figured it would be the Gershwins' "Soon" -- wrong! I hadn't known that there was yet another song by that title -- then I had to check Henri's notes to find out the authors. How helpful to have this information right at hand -- thank you, Henri! ... The other unexpected thing was the Latin rhythm "Blue Moon" -- I'd never heard that one done in that way; really nice! Favorites in this enchanting set, though, must be "One More Affair," "Them There Eyes" and especially "What Would Happen To Me" -- knockout treatments! Thank you, Bob!
