Being bisexual is like being so in love with a girl and thinking there will never be a man who will ever make you feel anywhere near as good and getting your heart broken then meeting that guy and falling in love with him instead.
my cat is actually bi! I saw him trying to mate with both a guy cat(Melon) and a girl cat(Fluff) He got as far as to bite their neck, and then both cats ran away Melon even punched him lol
@@starhill6792 Hi just wanted to point out that my cat is also gay, and it's very funny because he always brings his cat boyfriends or crushes in our garden as if he wanted us to meet them it's so adorable
Well dogs are pretty much all gay as their personalities are so masculine regardless of biological sex. Domestic cats have become pretty similar to dogs in personality from constant interactions. Thus, I kind of think dogs and cats don't really have deep issues with sexuality as I presume "romance" with both of their biological sexes feels the same. So I think dogs and cats are probably mostly faucultive bi. Well humans would be like that if we had such similar personalities across biological sex, considering we can often get aroused by someone we meet just through text, without even seeing their body.
Domesticated cats are "naturally" bi in that they'll have sex with the same sex during "heat" - in a similar way certain toads change gender, or can self-impregnate
"no,you're pan!" I have actually got told this before when I say I would date a trans or nb person without any issue at all. And I don't like it bc I don't have a problem with the label pansexual I just prefer bisexual,it feels more like... Well,me.
Same. I use bi because that's the term I knew growing up. It's just more familiar to me. Every definition I hear sounds like bi is the umbrella term and things like pan and omni are just specific types of bi... or at least that's what it seems like to me anyway
Same! The NB/trans inclusion makes me feel I could be bi, poly, pan, or omni. I'm not genderblind, so I consider myself bi or omni. I use bi the most because I don't feel like explaining omnisexual constantly, but I think it boils down to which flag/label you like the most lol
I agree this channel is a safe one as it doesn’t have homophobic or transphobic people hiding in the comments of comments. Well, at least I haven’t seen any yet. Stay away mean people, this is a nice space.
There's enough stock images of these 3 people I've seen several narratives created. I guarantee they were just doing a photoshoot and did every combination they could think of for each scenario
What really left a small scar on my sexuality was when I was reading a story about how this Gay man came out and realized he is gay. In the end, he said, that he doesn't think Bisexuality exists, because ''It's a phase before you realize your true sexuality''. That was like so disgusting from a fellow LGBT member...
As a pansexual. It's easy. Bi people are not attracted to everyone. They are attracted to more than 1 gender. Pansexuals do not care about gender and dont have any preferences. Omni people also love all genders but they have preferences.
ok so the way I remember how the flag goes is picture it as a lake, you have a lake (blue), mountains (purple), and the setting sun in the sky (pink). It's probably over the top but it's just how I remember
Me: *most likely going to marry my boyfriend* Also me: *having more girl crushes than guy crushes in my life* Random person on the street: you are straight cause you have a boyfriend
Iehw I can't even imagine being attracted to my friends. Yes I love them to death but not in that way. But that is just weird. Why would bisexuals be attracted to their friends and gay and straight people not? That doesn't make any sense.
I knew my mom finally “got it” when she asked whether I liked Peeta or Gale better, then paused, and said “well you might like Katniss best.” ❤️💙💜. Also I have a button that says “Bi, Poly, and still not onto YOU” which I’m too afraid to wear. 😂
Omfg, in the battle of Edward vs Jacob my sister told me to pick a side and I said Bella. My sister yelled at me and told me I couldn't pick Bella, because she wasn't a side. I just told her I wanted Bella to be happy, and my mom told my sister to stop it and I could pick Bella. Bella was the only character I had a shirt of. Best part is I don't even like twilight, I just watched it because it was funny to me.
Where I live, we often have jam made from blueberries and raspberries, called queen's jam. It's way better than either blueberry or raspberry jam. Seeing that wildberry sorbet candle made me realize that queen's jam is bisexual culture at its finest.
I remember this one video Tom Scott did where his viewers voted on what the best thing was and Bisexuality scored REALLY fucking high on the list (way above Heterosexuality) and that made me so happy.
Anime has an art style literally trying to make everyone look attractive. I don’t understand how straight or gay people watch anime and are just like, yeah I don’t think half of these people are attractive. I respect it and know it’s true but like, you’re telling me you don’t want to kidnap all of them???
I once dreamt my ex bf as a woman and he/she was hot. Afterwards I asked him if he would still like me, not necessarily being with me, if I was exactly the same in personality but as a guy and he said "absolutely not". That was a shock for me in the moment because it was the first time I realized that not everyone finds all genders attractive and that maybe I wasn't straight after all. Up until then I assumed straight girls see other people like I do, especially with people making jokes like "I would go gay for..." or "I'm not gay but I would totally do this with...", so it took me a while to say confidently that I'm bisexual and not straight. People are saying bisexuals are confusing when straight people make this kind of jokes?
@@vuivraalbastra Eh, I think a lot of people who make those jokes probably aren’t as straight as they think they are. Compulsory heterosexuality and all. (But of course it’s nobody’s place to tell somebody else how to identify!)
I’m Pan and I’m in a “straight” relationship with my boyfriend... and my other guy friend was so confused by that and keeps asking me “so your straight but also gay...” oop
I'm bisexual and married to a "straight" man (who actually has more experience with his own gender than I do) and... someone in the Bi community said that relationships like ours are "mixed orientation," NOT straight. I can dig that ✌
I thought I was pan for a long time, and kept keeping the doubts of my sexuality down because I felt bad for saying things like, "I prefer girls more", but now I know I'm bi, and I'm glad that I'm finally happy with my sexuality.
Just had a very long discussion with my coworkers last friday about how I have to "choose a side" and how I can't "keep putting off that decision and hide behind a made up label". I explained to them that I will always stay being bi no matter who I'm in a relationship with. They went on to say that my partner won't feel true love then and how I will hurt them by "keeping the other door open". I just gave up since it was so draining to talk to them. Because of that, this video was such a blessing! I feel a lot better now, bisexuality isn't really accepted in my area and because I refuse to closet myself, lots of people feel like they have to change my mind. I want to normalise being bi so I try to stand strong and videos like this help me to keep going. Thank you Jamie for making quality bisexual content 💕
This was the last video I watched yesterday before finally taking the leap and coming out as bisexual to my family, friends, and coworkers. Thank you for being one of the final nudges I needed to love myself and feel valid. It was 30 years in the making. (Also, because I know you like knowing the ending- I was accepted with nothing but love and varying degrees of indifference!)
I'm not bi but I love being one of Jamie's spuds, and my partner has an antidote to "you have to choose": she's polyamorous and has one partner from each end of the gender spectrum.
"the only person who has something to say with your sexuality is beautiful you". This sentence implies the existence of a really handsome clone of me who can decide my sexual attraction, and I am scared.
Think about whether you wanna touch her, if the answer is yes, then you like her, if the answer is no, you want to be her. Now you tell me this, am I pretentious with guys when my heart isn't reacting to no one, or is my heart just on a strike? (i'm demi)
Straight people: *sitting in their chairs as intended* Gay/Lesbian people: *sitting in their chairs slightly sideways* Bisexual people: *perching on the backrest or forming a spiral* Pansexual people: *spinning like a record* Asexual people: *levitating* Tag yourselves :D
As a pansexual, I apologize to all the bisexuals who were told "No, you're pansextual!" That's got to be so frustrating and it makes me sad that we can't always get along because someone feels the need to step on someone else's identity (for what reason WTF knows). Just go with your gut and go by (bi hehe) what makes you comfortable and who you see yourself as. The attempt of erasure of either is absolutely silly and it helps nobody at all. Just be you and support each other with positivity and validation.

sometimes I feel like I'm faking being bisexual and I should just pick a side but then I watch a movie or a TV show and I see everyone in it and then I'm like oh my God everyone is so beautiful and I want to give everyone hugs and bake them all cookies and then I realize that I'm actually bisexual

Jamie when he talks about the woman who began to date a women and was called a lesbian (7:34) reminded me when I dated a girl in secondary school. I had dated a boy previously and this was the first time people were finding out I liked girls as well as boys (I’m a girl BTW). But what triggered me was that everybody who came up to me to ask about it always asked, “Are you gay?” Instead of “What’s your sexuality” 😤

Just realized I was Bi yesterday and just realized that I can never find a proper way to have my legs stay when sitting. Either I have one leg crossed over, a leg over another but in a really odd position that makes my leg fall asleep, or my legs are just on the couch or chair and I just keep moving around until I find a good position that I regret later when getting up. I guess my body knew all along before I did lol 😂
Bi erasure in media is so real and is a huge part of the reason it took me so long to embrace my sexuality and come out, as well as the erasure that comes from being in a long term cis-het appearing relationship.
Recently let myself accept that I’m bisexual. Very late to the game, in a hetero presenting relationship, but it doesn’t matter cause I’m proud to finally own who I am. Thank you for videos like these that helped my questioning self feel a bit more at home with my bisexuality. 💖💜💙

'no, you're pan.' this. happens? as someone who's omni, I've always seen everything called bi (like the bi umbrella), never seen someone calling someone who's bi actually pan
in my experience this happens when bisexuals explain that they’re also attracted to non-binary ppl because for some reason a lot of ppl are still living in the dark ages and think bisexuals can only be attracted to cis men and cis women :/
So I just discovered your channel like...yesterday. And a few things: 1) They make me smile 2) You and Shaaba are adorable and also make me smile 3) Now that I've finally found an intro into bi culture I feel like I'm legally obligated to cuff my pants now...??? 4) Part of Bi Bingo should be an assumption of non-monogamy. Like, I--a cis woman--had been married to a cis man for 6 years when I came out to my dad and he immediately asked how my attraction to women works in the context of a monogamous marriage. (He finally got it when I explained that he doesn't go around picking up women even though he's married.) But mostly, your videos have really helped me. As a bi woman in a straight-passing, monogamous marriage to a straight cis man, only having had one (long distance) same-sex partner who later came out as trans, I've often felt like I'm not "gay enough" for the LGBTQ+ community. At pride a couple years ago I was talking to someone, mentioned my husband, and immediately she asked "oh, so you're an ally?" So...yeah. Videos like this make me feel seen and feel valid at times when I don't feel gay enough, and don't really feel like I have a legitimate connection with queer culture. Thanks. :)

Same. But from now on I will just be a mixed berry sorbet!

"Isnt your partner worried you'll cheat" comes from the assumption that you cant be friends with people you might be attracted to, which is 🌈wrong🌈

Best part is I don't even like twilight, I just watched it because it was funny to me.

Sarah just because I'm bi doesn't mean that I don't have standards!
You are valid and your coworker is completely clueless. Keep on being your lovely true self ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜.

Me, a genderfluid bisexual: *I choose every option on the table*
So I just discovered your channel like...yesterday. And a few things:
1) They make me smile
2) You and Shaaba are adorable and also make me smile
3) Now that I've finally found an intro into bi culture I feel like I'm legally obligated to cuff my pants now...???
4) Part of Bi Bingo should be an assumption of non-monogamy. Like, I--a cis woman--had been married to a cis man for 6 years when I came out to my dad and he immediately asked how my attraction to women works in the context of a monogamous marriage. (He finally got it when I explained that he doesn't go around picking up women even though he's married.)
But mostly, your videos have really helped me. Thanks. :)
