We have been on the Disney Wish, Magic, and Fantasy. All 3 have their own positives, but my favorite Disney ship is the Magic. The ship is beautiful and has been maintained well for being over 25 year old.
I love this the Magic was our first ever taste of cruising and the very next year we did Halloween on the High Seas on the Wish. I'm with you guys it certainly is worth staying in the port at least one night before your cruise. Overall we loved sailing with Disney, except obviously its price, but also that the buffet isn't open in the evening, we love just chilling and going to the buffet in the evening, especially once you've seen the dinner show on a previous cruise.
@@HereToCheers luckily our Disney cruises were only short ones, but now we're doing longer ones the last two have been with Royal Caribbean so we go to the buffet in the evening.

I would absolutely LOVE to go on a Disney Cruise someday! This looks so amazing. I love the personal welcome to the ship. Great room tour. Much better inside cabin than what we stayed in on Royal I think. I always find Disney so accommodating with dining restrictions. Love seeing the rotating dining. Fireworks at sea! How magical! Beautiful ship. Wonderfull full tour including getting on the ship. Interesting to track the costs spent on board to see if a drink package is worth it. Even as an adult I probably would go for the photo op with some characters! Cheers👍

We havn't been on a Disney ship, but we were on a "Big Red Boat" ship back in 1995 when our kids were small - it was a 3-ship cruise line affiliated with Disney before they started their own line. Thanks for the breakdown guys. We’re not really cruise people but going on a themed cruise for something like Halloween. Sounds like it might be kind of fun. Everybody’s in a different stuff. We may try a cruise again someday and see how it goes.

Smaller cruise ship is more attractive to me. I like the Art Deco theme. It is such a clean elegant style and definitely not dated. Your cabin looked great especially as it was inside. Enjoyed seeing what was on offer and your experience.

This is a full and helpful review of all one needs to know to before deciding if this trip is 'your thing' and value for money. I was impressed with what was on offer. I compare with a large long distance plane: A friend once said, "Anita, ( I fly at regular intervals from NL-to NZ) how on earth do they keep that tin can up in the sky so high and for so long?" That made me laugh 🤣! Well I have that with these huge liners. " How do they keep these afloat with all that's on board?" It is an amazing place to have an incredibly fabulous holiday on a city afloat. Thanks for the insights both fun and practical. 💃🇳🇱🙋♀🥝
Those are some long flights Anita. 😳😳 Cruising is definitely it's own experience and not for everyone. I don't know if Disney is worth the price but it holds a special magic for a lot of people. Our next disney cruise will probably be when our grandkid is old enough to really enjoy it. The entertainment venues looked very nice as well. Great advice as well, at the beginning of the video, regarding flying in the day before. 😊👍

I've never been on a cruise but I thought the place you stayed the night before the cruise was awesome. I'd be all set right there with that view. However your cabin looked pretty good for economy and seemed like plenty of entertainment on board. I think I'd too be getting onboard a bit with the booze cruise. Good to hear you felt most of the complaints were in your view a bit unjustified. Great tour and review 👍
Cruising isn't for everyone but there are plenty of different types and themes out there. We wanted to try Disney at least once, can't say it's really worth the price but it was fun. Ft. Lauderdale is nice place to chill, I'm sure we'll be back there in no time 😉😉 Thanks for cruising with us!

This is a cruise for the young and young at heart. You can't help but smile when you see the characters and that's part of the magic of Disney.

Yeah, Disney is always going to be more expensive, and it's not for everyone but for those, but for those who feel the magic it's well worth it.
