I tested it on staff chat and it put a / in read messages for everyone and staff chat got flooded
Maybe you missed out something cuz I tested it today and it works okay
Is codes and api is different? If yes, tell me what is the difference

A Code is the whole code of a command
And an API is just an API which can be used in codes i.e Image API'S

It can only Change the Permission to either ❌ or ✅
@@BDFD oh okay one more question , is there a way to make when someone open ticket the opened ticket be only for user who open it and for staff role ? and how
You can set the permissions in the category so whenever a new ticket gets created only that specific role can see the ticket along with the ticket creator
