I sent scissors to cutco that the handles got chewed up and they sent them back. My rep didn't even offer new ones to me. My rep also sharpened my serrated knives too much taking most of the tips off. My wife and I are not not happy.

Can you send in a block if the cutco logo is faded and if there is scratches from putting the knives in and out?
