Kung magkamali sa pag fillout sa balota, may paraan ba para i correct ang maling pag shade? Wala kasing na mention tungkol dyan. Katulad ngayon na nag back out si Marcoleta, Im sure his name is in the ballot, meron talagang magkamali i shade yong name nya.
I think sa situation niya, 2 candidates ang nashade-an niya sa president section. so ang mangyayari is invalid na at hindi na counted ang section na nagkamali siya, but sa other section (senator, prov. governor, etc) kung tama naman ang pagshade niya, counted pa rin. hope this makes sense :)

The Poll Clerk is the one collecting the receipt and looking on it before dropping it inside the disposable gift box which is half size of the shoe box. Weird. Why look at the receipt? It should be the voter who will drop the receipt not the Poll Clerk..

If you are going to take the receipt, election is susceptible to Vote-buying. At hindi na tugma ang Picos Count, sayang ang vote mo sa candidates mo.
If dinaya ang PICOS, Ballot and Receipt will be the determining factor - kasi ikaw mismo ang nagsulat doon, at mababasa mo sila.
