I'd have to say a "snap kick" aka basically the standard karate kick, which is essentially a sidekick to the face lol. And with the tornado kick, Atleast in tkd we were taught it is ideal to connect with the back of the head/neck opposed to across the jaw etc, but that also take more air, agility and movement in general.

Since when lol? While there are different technical names for it in different martial arts, it's known collectively, especially in kickboxing, as a 360 tornado kick or tornado roundhouse.

Lies. You do not need to master either of those kicks to do a 360 crescent kick. it's been awhile so my roundhouse kicks are terrible but I can do a picture perfect 360 crescent
