After being fortunate enough to spend some time recently with Dr. Joyce Gilbert, RDN, I'm convinced that her talents and passions have her living nine lives in one lifetime! She leads Association of Nutrition & Foodservice Professionals (ANFP) one of the largest associations in our industry, she's been in academia, she loves data, she's a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, she's owned and sold companies, she's as kind a person as you can meet and she's going to spend some time with our FSPN community!
