However, Yuta really did most of the damage and it's proven by the fact that Sukuna isn't in shape of maintaining his domain anymore which is a sign showing that this is the lowest he ever been after he resurrected his flesh at the time where he was still Meguna. That's aside from what Yuta did to him in his domain as well, he almost made Sukuna into a kebab with how he cut and fried him. The group would also be dead if it weren't for Yuta coming in for Yuji to redeem himself from his dissapointing performance with Higuruma, and it just so turned out to be that the moment Yuta showed up there things actually started to progress.

For me, Yuta is the MVP. He killed Kenjaku, exorcised many of Kenjaku's rampaging curses, damaged Sukuna inside his domain, and almost killed Sukuna if it weren't for Bumgumi. He saved Yuji multiple times and allowed Yuji to decrease Sukuna's output. He destructed Sukuna by destroying his own domain, allowing Maki to destroy Sukuna's heart. He recruited Miguel, helped Todo fine-tune his Cursed Technique, and assisted Yuji with Reverse Cursed Technique. Yuta returned in Gojos body and saved Yuji and Todo from Sukuna's domain. After that, he removed Sukuna's domain and Cursed Technique, making it easier for Todo and Yuji. Even when he was down, he continued to help by maintaining his barrier shards, allowing Todo to use his Boogie Woogie with those shards that allowed yuji to land his attacks He planned the entire assault on Sukuna and convinced Angel to help finally end Sukuna as a last measure. I don't care what anyone says, Yuta is the MVP of Shinjuku.

Yuji Binding vow is just pure masterclass, from what i see, he sacrifice in the instant, the distance effect and the effect that cut the body from dismantle for more more precision on the barrier between Sukuna and megumi soul that's why he was oblige to touch sukuna before releasing those slashes...as we know Yuji can easily target the soul and Sukuna can easily put Megumi as barrage or put himself in situation to receive less damage but to avoid Megumi by any means it was necessary to make this binding vow.
Well as far as we know, he doesn't know how to send the slashes yet, he touches the target every time. But the trade off of physical damage for a direct hit to the soul barrier is brilliant
I just can't understand why people constantly downplay yuji. Yes, Yuta saved him and is the part of the reason why yuji is evolving into a very strong sorcerer, And being a major threat to sukuna right now. But on the other hand, Yuji has also saved yuta and is the reason why the latter survived long enough from the world slash to switch to gojo's body. And thanks to Yuji, Sukuna couldn't regain his RCT, despite using black flashes multiple times, Thus allowing yuta's "Using gojo's body against sukuna" plan to work without a hitch and with no world slash killing yuta, Which would have happened if sukuna just had ONE of his right hands. My point, Yuji and Yuta both played roles in helping the other with the other's plans/Evolution. AND NEITHER ONE SHOULD BE DOWNPLAYED OVER THE OTHER. REGARDLESS OF YOUR LIKE/DISLIKE OF EITHER CHARACTER.
Yuji is that one SSS tier debuffer in games where he's not as strong as a damage dealer but he debuffs the enemy by a shit ton all while dealing some damage on the sideline along the main DPS
Facts, Yuji was there immediately after Kashimo and really keep disturbing Sukuna with more and more intensity, Sukuna avoiding him like Gojo that's some serious thing, that's true it's not for killing reason like Gojo but he will come there also...some respect for Gege (not a Togashi fan for nothing), not every a author put 3 or even 4 type of MC (Yuta, Yuji, Megumi, Gojo) in a manga and find a way to make must of them shine in their own way.👍
Yuta's entire plan with his domain was perfect. Even the narrator says so. The only flaw on the plan was something they couldnt control and it was megumi being a bum. Yuta also made the plans after higuruma plan. The higuruma plan was made probably by higuruma and kusakabe and the yuta plan was made by yuta and kusakabe but after that yuta carried the entire planning. The maki plan, the miguel and lerou and the todo plan and the body hop plan was all made by yuta.

I have a crackpot theory for how they get beat Sukuna without needing to kill him and saving Megumi in the process. Yuji won’t unlock a domain. But he will unlock an ability to pull people into the soul dimension (we have seen him connect with Megumi here) So he will pull Sukuna in here and leave him in there trapped. Sort of like Gojo being sealed but only Yuji possesses the power to unseal it. Then as the souls have been split, Megumi will return and either they help him find meaning or he doesn’t care for anything and commences the merger hoping to die and then we have the final boss. Major crackpot but just a thought I had while watching this.

Had yuta stayed instead of going against kenjaku. The higuruma plan would've likely succeeeded. With yuta's domain, yuji and rika to hold sukuna and higuruma's executioner's sword. That plan would've worked insanely well.
Todo was at lake Gosho but that doesn't mean he helped Yuta in that fight at all. in fact its stated that its Yuta that helped Todo in fine-tuning which was most likely b4 D-fight day. You cant fine-tune an ability during battle. what if it fails? As Yuta was going round recruiting allies (Miguel), he must've stopped by to help Todo. Todo wasnt at the battlefield against Kenny if he was, he would've helped move Takaba from harms way but we see Yuta still dragging Takaba to keep him safe from the rampaging CS. Honestly Yuta is a close third, Gojo is the Absolute mvp, as said by Yuta, him and Yuji would have been killed instantly by the dismantles was Sukuna at full power, pretty much any plan that has worked was due to Gojo. Yuji is definetely second, we see how much Sukuna has recovered in terms of CE and output in the last chapter, imagine how strong he'd be if Yuji wasn't constantly tonig him down the whole time. Yuta's the goat as well, I'd say the biggest part was sneaking Kenny with Todo, that's huge, imagine if kenjaku joined, it would have been wraps.

Todo is the only reason he was able to kill Kenjaku, Todd is the only reason Angel is even on the battlefield, Todo is big brain boogie woogie man getting Yuji into positions to hit Sakuna and out of harms way to keep fighting....speaking of he was moving everyone out of the fire arrow domain 1 shot AOE attack. I have a crackpot theory for how they get beat Sukuna without needing to kill him and saving Megumi in the process.
Yuji won’t unlock a domain. But he will unlock an ability to pull people into the soul dimension (we have seen him connect with Megumi here)
So he will pull Sukuna in here and leave him in there trapped. Sort of like Gojo being sealed but only Yuji possesses the power to unseal it. Then as the souls have been split, Megumi will return and either they help him find meaning or he doesn’t care for anything and commences the merger hoping to die and then we have the final boss.
Major crackpot but just a thought I had while watching this.

Honestly Yuta is a close third, Gojo is the Absolute mvp, as said by Yuta, him and Yuji would have been killed instantly by the dismantles was Sukuna at full power, pretty much any plan that has worked was due to Gojo. Yuji is definetely second, we see how much Sukuna has recovered in terms of CE and output in the last chapter, imagine how strong he'd be if Yuji wasn't constantly tonig him down the whole time. Yuta's the goat as well, I'd say the biggest part was sneaking Kenny with Todo, that's huge, imagine if kenjaku joined, it would have been wraps.

Yuji Binding vow is just pure masterclass, from what i see, he sacrifice in the instant, the distance effect and the effect that cut the body from dismantle for more more precision on the barrier between Sukuna and megumi soul that's why he was oblige to touch sukuna before releasing those slashes...as we know Yuji can easily target the soul and Sukuna can easily put Megumi as barrage or put himself in situation to receive less damage but to avoid Megumi by any means it was necessary to make this binding vow.
