Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland all still affordable.

Yes, there are very many voluntary organisations. But most organisations prefer people who speak the germany language. The language is very important. Search on internet for FSJ Germany, then you will get opportunities for voluntary work..

In the rest of the Bundesländern in DE education is still free. In NRW is currently 301€ a month and that's inclusive of your transport ticket, given how expensive tickets can be, it's nearly free education for a heavily practical education. Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland all still affordable.
