I'd also add that it's important not to be too reckless with backslides, sometimes it can lead you to have your whole team in offense which means that you're left with no defenders if you happen to lose the ball or when a smart opponent mindgamed you to believe you had space for a quick offense. Dry Bones slides are mostly effective in diagonal or with a slow passer. For example you can compensate bad passers like Petey or Birdo with a Dry Bones backslide so you're not losing momentum while building your offense 👍 Also backslides with a boo increase the chance for tac shots, If you have 3 boos and a shooter you'll notice there are a lot of space for tac shots which is something your opponents rarely expect you to go for because it feels like a bad shot yet it's a very high percentage goal.

How do you set up a practice room where the opponents captain is locked in place. And also are you able to create a custom team when practicing?

The inputs can be done during the match, not on loading. Yes, you need the codes.
