omggg duh! 🤣😭
💌 recipe ↓↓↓
1 egg
1/4 cup vanilla or plain protein yogurt
1/4 cup milk
1/3 cup flour
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tsp sugar or sweetener of choice
1/2 tsp baking powder
Add topping of choice (I personally was not a fan of the warm strawberries but they looked cute 😭)
Bake at 350 for 10 minutes !
Recipe makes a single serve dish or 6 muffins🤌🏽
