I was in a highly traumatic situation 7 years ago, and ever since then my memory has been obsolete. My sister, who did not have the same experience, remembers everything from our childhood in full detail. Regardless, I know the frustration of dealing with it - it's like there is a smoky pane of glass standing between you and your past. So aggravating!
