- On a cold Saturday, a few friends and I headed out to the Fort Worth area to catch some trains. We started on the TRE line at Richland Hills and Minnis where we got a few trains there before heading closer to Fort Worth. It was a good day to be out, we didn't have to wait long anywhere for a train. We spent the rest of the day at Tower 55, 60, and Saginaw. It was my first time at Tower 60 since they installed the 2nd BNSF main and took out the whipple truss bridge and my first time at Saginaw since they took out the diamonds in favor of crossovers. It was interesting to see the new track layout there. Enjoy and thanks for watching!

120s horn sounds like a beast! Fantastic blast of the raised letter K5LA!
The 121 sounded like the TRE 123 In 2018
Nice to seeing you return to railfanning TRE again, also if you haven't heard 1002 got refurbished, and 1003 is being overhauled.
Wait why is 1003 being overhauled? Is it going to be refurbished or retired sadly.
@@coolleo149 1003 is being refurnished, after 1003 comes back from Canada after it’s overhaul, then 1004 is next, then 1005, then 1006, they’re not refurbishing or overhauling cabcars 1007-1009.
@@coolleo149 The reason WHY is because they’re just upgrading the cabcars, except 1007-1009.
1002 sounds fantastic
For sure!
It’s better than 1003
Hey, i live in the area. Where is this crossing? 3:52
